Welcome back to the Daily Crypto Roundup. Today we have a huge mix of stories across crypto, Wall Street, XRP, Bitcoin ETFs, Hyperliquid, and one of the biggest stock market debuts in years. SpaceX has made its blockbuster Nasdaq debut, opening strongly after pricing its IPO at $135 a share.
XRP sentiment has dropped to an eight month low, and according to Santiment, that kind of crowd fatigue has actually been a buy signal before.
Sam Bankman-Fried has lost his appeal over his criminal conviction tied to FTX. Bloomberg Intelligence analyst James Seyffart says most Bitcoin ETF investors have actually stayed put despite the recent outflows. And Hyperliquid is getting fresh attention as the SpaceX hype spills into tokenized stock trading, and analysts watch whether hype can make a run toward $75.
So, today is not just about price action. It is about attention. Where is capital going? Where is sentiment breaking down? Where are institutions staying patient? And is crypto now being pulled into the same world as AI, space stocks, tokenized equities, and Wall Street mega events?
Before we get into the stories, let's quickly check the major crypto prices. Bitcoin is trading around $63,700.
Ethereum is around $1,667.
XRP is around $1.13.
BNB is around $606.
Solana is around $67.50.
Hyperliquid is around $60.
Cardano is around $0.17.
Chainlink is around $7.85.
Toncoin is around $1.72.
So, the market is slightly greener today, but still not at the point where you would say confidence has fully returned. Bitcoin is holding the low $60,000 area. Ethereum is still weak compared with where a lot of people expected it to be. XRP is trying to recover from the $1.10 zone. Solana has had a stronger move. And Hyperliquid is one of the names getting proper attention because of the tokenized stock and SpaceX angle. And before we go deeper, this episode is brought to you by Kraken. And for everyone listening, keep commenting, because at the moment, it is the same people winning. So if you want a chance to win next Friday, keep showing up, keep commenting, and it could be your turn next. Now let's get into the first story. SpaceX has made its Nasdaq debut, and this is one of the biggest market stories of the week. The company priced its IPO at $135 a share, raising $75 billion in what is being described as the largest IPO ever.
It opened around $150 and pushed above $160 in early trading, giving SpaceX a valuation around $1.8 trillion based on the IPO price. That is massive. And the reason this matters for crypto is simple. SpaceX is not just a space story. It is now a capital market story, a retail investor story, an AI and satellite infrastructure story, and even a Bitcoin story. SpaceX reportedly held 18,712 Bitcoin as of March 31st. At Bitcoin prices around the $63,000 area, that holding is worth close to $1.2 billion.
So, when people buy SpaceX, they are not just buying rockets and Starlink. They are also getting exposure indirectly to one of the larger Bitcoin holdings among public companies. But there is another side to this. SpaceX is competing with crypto for attention. That is important. When a $1.8 trillion SpaceX listing hits the market, retail investors pay attention, institutions pay attention, financial media pays attention, AI investors pay attention, space investors pay attention, and some of that capital and attention might have gone toward Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana or Altcoins if there was no bigger story in front of them. This is the new reality for crypto. Bitcoin is not just competing with Ethereum. Solana is not just competing with XRP.
