Okay. So for those of you who know nothing about this case, September 2025, the body of Celeste Rivas Hernandez was found in the trunk of singer David's Tesla, as we were talking about. She was only 14 years old when she died and he was 19
Prosecutors allege that he groomed her from the time of 11 years old and began essaying her at 13 in their quote unquote relationship. And now he's being charged with murder, continual essay of a teenager, and also mutilation of a corpse. So content warning, obviously, for this whole episode. And last week and Monday was the preliminary hearing to find out if there is enough evidence for this whole thing to go to trial. And we do have a decision on that. It just came in yesterday. So we'll talk about that. There were no cameras allowed in the courtroom, unfortunately, but I have tried to make this as interesting as possible with some little text bubbles because most of it is the thousands of text messages that they were able to seize from David's phone shortly after Celeste's body was found.
