This is the DNVR Broncos Podcast from the Toyota Lounge. And the Broncos are finally back.

**Henry Chisholm** (0:09)
We're back, Hank.

**Andre Simone** (0:10)
We're back. We are, but Dre's back. We've got Dre on today, me and Dre. We've got a lot to talk about, especially getting pretty deep into the Vita Vea stuff, which I'm excited for.
You've been a big Vita Vea guy for forever, right?

**Henry Chisholm** (0:25)
Forever.

**Andre Simone** (0:26)
When he was a prospect and you see him, he's like 359 The fact that you could get Vita Vea, pretty exciting. So we're going to get deep into that. We're going to get into Jonathon Cooper, all sorts of good stuff. But first, we're going to the Xfinity Mobile Call-In Line to hear from our guys, Zach Stevens, who's still out there at the facility in, wow, are you going to go fly a fighter jet?

**Zach Stevens** (0:46)
Fellas, I mean, when you are, get this new facility, you've got to bring the shades out. And man, guys, this new facility, unreal, state of the art, crazy. Those are some of the things that Pat Surtain and Quinn Meinerz said about this new facility. It is something special, guys.
Really?

**Andre Simone** (1:07)
Yeah.
Well, what do you think of it? What'd you notice?

**Zach Stevens** (1:10)
Oh, it's, I mean, it's incredible. I mean, we haven't done a full tour. I believe that might be coming fairly soon though, so stay tuned for that.
It is absolutely incredible. It's wild that two years ago from right now, this new facility was a hill that fans were watching training camp practice on now, and now it's turned into this brand new facility. I mean, the locker room is absolutely insane. I believe it was Pat who said he had high expectations and they were blown out of the water. Just everything about this is first class and it's no doubt that this is the best facility in the entire NFL. In fact, Pat and Quinn both said that they believe it's going to help the Broncos in free agency and recruiting. He said, this is like, Pat said, it reminds him of being in college when before NIL was a thing, the biggest selling point for colleges was having like nice locker rooms and nice facilities. And he said, man, I feel like I'm right back at Alabama with that because this is so fricking nice. And they think that it's going to help sell guys to coming to the Broncos. And man, first impressions, I would agree with that.

**Andre Simone** (2:12)
Yeah, I was excited to see more. They're still doing a little bit of work there. Like there's a lot of like some like exposed pipes and things when you walk in.
I tried to go into the media workroom bathroom and it was filled with construction people with some sort of laser trying to level something. So I had to hold it. But it's...

**Henry Chisholm** (2:28)
Did they rush you out the bathroom? That happened to me at the airport.

**Andre Simone** (2:31)
They looked at me like I was the crazy one.

**SPEAKER_5** (2:33)
Yeah, it's a classic.

**Andre Simone** (2:35)
Yeah, there was a weird one.

**Henry Chisholm** (2:36)
Just a guy with a bladder, you know?

**Andre Simone** (2:38)
But it does look nice.

**Zach Stevens** (2:39)
What I will say about that is that's just the media side. You know, the part that you can finish last is the media side. You know, Sean's office, that was probably the first thing that was done along with Greg's office. And everything else, though, is pretty much done for the Broncos. So everything the players see, it's done. They finished it up just in time. But yeah, the media workroom needs some finishing touches here and there. But we will get those done soon. What matters is the players and they're taken care of, fellas. And one of the things I mean, that Quinn was just amazed at, and that was a point of emphasis going in to this was the players in the old facility walked too much. And Quinn admitted it today. He said, as silly as it sounds, like it took a long time to get from the Broncos locker room to the weight room. They had to go outside. I mean, it's like a three, four, five minute walk there. Now it's connected to the locker room. It's just right there. And he said over the time, over the course of a year, over the course of 50 players on a team, those minutes add up into hundreds of minutes. You could have thousands of minutes. You could be watching film, doing other things. So he believes that this is going to help the Broncos win this year. And then being able to recruit other guys is going to help them win in the future as well. Another thing, I mean, we've heard Sean talk about it, complain about it, talk about it.
