Claude Oceanus Leaks are INSANE!

Claude Oceanus is coming for everyone, and it's just been leaked. Here's what happened. A few days ago, a model string popped up inside Anthropix's own console. The name was Claude Oceanus V-1-P.
It showed up on June the 3rd, and within hours, it had leaked out onto a Chinese API proxy. People started testing it, and the early word is it might be the most powerful AI model the public has ever been allowed to touch. So let me back up and tell you why this matters to you, even if you've never written a line of code, even if you still think AI is just a chat bot that answers questions, because this one story changes what is possible for your business. And I'll show you exactly how. Now, here's the backstory. Anthropic makes Claude. You probably know Claude. But what most people don't know is that Anthropic had a secret model sitting in the vault for months. They called it Claude Mythos, and they refused to release it. Why? They said it was too dangerous. Not being dramatic. That's their own words. Back on April 7th, they put out this new release saying that it's coming out, blah, blah, blah, it's too dangerous for the world. Basically, a company has built an AI so capable they're scared of their own model and their own product.
The model actually showed up in Anthropics Claude console on June the 3rd. Red team testers got access to it, and then someone resold that access through a proxy service based in China. Red teamers, by the way, are the people whose whole job is to try and break the model and make it misbehave. They get early access on purpose. That's normal.
What's not normal, is somebody taking that access and selling it on the site. When that happened, Anthropic paused access for the whole Red Team group and started an internal investigation. That's why you might have seen some people online panicking that something got shut down, it got paused because of a leak, not because the model actually failed. Now, the leak numbers, somebody found Oceanus running on that Chinese proxy. The price he spotted was $16 per million words going in, and $80 per million words coming out, with a 1 million word memory running at 52 words per second. By the way, none of this is confirmed by Anthropic, just be 100% honest here. Nobody's officially testing it. What we've got are leaked model names, proxy endpoints, and reports from Red Teamers. So a trail of breadcrumbs all pointing in the same direction. So treat the price as a rumor because that's what it is right now. But here's a piece that's solid, and this is a big one about a week ago, Anthropic put out a blog post, and in it they said something they've never said before, which is they confirmed they plan to release Mythos Class Models to the public in the coming weeks. Their words were that they're making swift progress on safety and expect to bring Mythos Class Models to all their customers soon, to all their customers, not just like the secret consortium of Project Glasswing, which is the only people who have access to it right now, everyone. That's not leaked, that's the company saying out loud. So when you put it together, the Oceanus model showing up in testing, Mythos, Anthropic, publicly saying Mythos for everyone is weeks away. The picture gets clear. The most powerful AI they've ever made is about to stop being a secret. Now let me pause for a second because I know what some of you are thinking. Here's the thing about a model that's strong. It's built to reason, to plan and to run long jobs, work that takes hours.
It's going to be an amazing step up in terms of what you can achieve. At the same time, it's also going to have limitations because not everyone's going to be able to afford it.
Maybe it's just on API, for example. Maybe they don't release it inside Claude, but you can only get it via an API key.
