And the show we just did that's out, Verpy Butt, is a Finnish, like American Gladiator, but the Finnish version. And her crimes are very Small Town Murder worthy. That's her name, Verpy Butt.

Jimmie Whisman (1:56)

That's somebody's name.

James Pietragallo (1:57)

Since it's October, we are going to talk about scary movies. We're going to talk about the best and our favorite horror movies. I'm not a huge horror guy, so there's a few that I like and a few that I don't like, but Jimmie loves horror too, so we'll get into all that shit and that'll be fun. We've never done that before and people have asked us to talk about scary movies.

Jimmie Whisman (2:55)

Did you ever have a time when you were scared of scary movies?

James Pietragallo (2:59)

No, I just didn't give a shit about them ever. Oh, didn't care.

Jimmie Whisman (3:02)

It fucked me up.

James Pietragallo (3:03)

Oh, really? No, I just didn't... I don't know. It just didn't strike me as anything. I mean, I liked them when I was a kid. They were fun and everything, but like...

Jimmie Whisman (3:10)

I didn't have to suspend disbelief, James. I believed it was sad. It was very embarrassing.

James Pietragallo (3:18)

So check that out.

patreon.com/crime In Sports. And in addition to all that, you also get everything we put out all ad free with your Patreon as well. I mean, that's everything to Crime In Sports, Your Stupid Opinions, Small Town Murder, and you get a shout out at the end of the show. So it's all there. That said, disclaimer time, everybody. This is a comedy show.

We're comedians, we're going to make jokes, and horrible murder is going to occur because that's the show. So you go, well, how does that happen? Why do you do that? How does that mix? Very easily, actually. There's a real easy way to do that because there's plenty to make fun of. You can make fun of a small town because we're all from somewhere that deserves to be made fun. Who doesn't have a sense of humor about yourself?

Let's say some police force screws up and lets a murderer go free to murder more people. I think we can mock them a little bit. That's pretty bad stuff. And we also make fun of murderers because we're comedians. What else can we do? We can't do anything to them other than make fun of them. And I feel like while you're sitting in a jail cell to have two guys like us mocking you, can't help your psyche at all. So that's something. But what we don't do, what we never do, is we never make fun of the victims or the victims' families. Why? Because we're assholes.
