The baseball playoffs have begun and the podcast went 0-3. We talk about the 3 losses all in very different ways and Man City is in big trouble. The White Sox got a letter from the pope and looked awesome (00:00:00-00:32:21).

Oh no. On today's part of my take presented by DraftKings. We've got a pack show. We've got our good friend, Stanford Steve talking college ball in studio. He came and visited us before Monday night football. We're going to recap Monday night football, the Case Keenum game. Speaking of Case Keenum, we have him on the show as well. We're going to talk all about how incredible it was on Monday night, 38 years old, hadn't thrown a pass in three years, came out and torched the Eagles. We have playoff baseball, the 0-3 boys. So we're going to talk about the baseball playoffs and all of our teams getting absolutely dominated in different fashions. And then we're going to do Hot Seat Cool Throne and finish with FAQs. Welcome to Part of My Take presented by Draft Kings. The crown is yours today is Wednesday, September 30th. And Max, Hank, the 0-3 boys in the baseball playoffs, the 0-3 boys, we got absolutely dominated every which way.
A blown save for Max and the Phillies. The Cubs got their shit kicked in, and Ben Rice butt fucked you, Hank. Does that sum it up?
PFT Commenter (3:01)
Yeah, the butt fucking, I wasn't ready to go that far yet. I just want to say it's kind of an indictment of Dave Portnoy that we've got Schlitler and Ben Rice both growing up as Yankees fans.
Hank (3:13)
Yeah. Yeah, that part doesn't make sense, but it does hurt that it's like, and I like Ben Rice a lot. He's from my neck of the woods in Massachusetts. He carried me to the Dingers-only championship this year.
But he was talking to two guys from Massachusetts that were just shoving it down our throats the entire night. And like Ben Rice, he's beefed up a lot in this one year.
Big Cat (3:39)
He was incredible.
I mean, both of them were. Schlitler had 10Ks, six innings pitched, zero runs. He was just like a true, he might be Haas potentially. He's probably got to gain a little weight, but like to just show up and shove like that.
Hank (3:53)
Manlylytics, like 119 pitches in 2026 is Haas status, and then some.
Big Cat (4:01)
And then Ben Rice, Ben Rice was, what was he, four for five with six RBIs, just absolutely dominated.
PFT Commenter (4:10)
Are the New York Yankees better without Aaron Judge?
Big Cat (4:12)
I think so. I mean, Ben Rice has got his pinstripes faster than Aaron Judge did.
PFT Commenter (4:17)
I mean, I think this has been Rice's, it's his second set of pinstripes, right? He got him last year.
Big Cat (4:22)
Yeah, I think so. But he doubled up. He just renews him every year.
I don't know if he got him last year because I don't know they lost in the second round.
Max (4:31)
I think I saw a stat that he has just as many hits in this postseason as he did in last postseason.
Big Cat (4:36)
So this is his pinstripe year?
Max (4:38)
Yeah.
Big Cat (4:39)
Hank, how are you feeling overall? I don't know.
Max (4:41)
I have to fact check that, but I'm pretty sure I saw that somewhere.
Big Cat (4:45)
Fact check that. Hank, how are you feeling overall? That was a non-competitive game?
Hank (4:50)
Yes, they at least. They took Roman Anthony out for seemingly like he got hurt, which is a bad sign back against the wall.
Feels bad.
Big Cat (5:02)
Well, all right. So let's debate this. Embrace debate. Who had the worst loss? Because the Red Sox were at least, it was still a game until like the eighth or something when it when it got blown open.
