Back at it on Cashing Out, I'm Dustin Swedelson, it's VSiN, the Sports Betting Network. Still to come on the program, should this player be eligible for Comeback Player of the Year? More on that in about 15 minutes on the show. Bottom of this hour, we talk Raiders with Adam Hill, who's covered the team for a while now. His thoughts on this matchup in the preseason on Thursday, with the Houston Texans, and big picture, where is that spot where Fernando Mendoza takes over as the starter? Because I gotta tell you, for a team that's trying to be more competitive, I don't see any easy landing spots. That includes a matchup a few weeks in that people are identifying against the Jets, as if that's the spot for him. I'll ask Adam about that later on in the program. And now we're gonna do what I love to do at this time every week, chat with our buddy Eric Cohen. You know, I'm a sports line handicapper on X at Cohen's Corner AZ, and we've got a lot of sports to tackle here. You can smell college football. We'll be all over that next week. But explain to me the BMW Championship. What are we looking at here? Because right now the odds have Scotty Scheffler is the favorite of plus 305 Rory is 13 to 1 That is a huge difference between number one and number two on the board. Explain the event to me. What are we looking at? And specifically, what are we doing with Scotty Scheffler?

**Eric Cohen** (1:24)
All right, Dustin, first of all, you cannot bet Rory McElroy right now. Rory McElroy, I don't want to say he doesn't care about the PGA Tour, but Rory McElroy wants to win majors. And yeah, there's a lot of money on the line, but he was awful last week, unbettable until proven otherwise. Maybe next week is the week. I'm not touching him this week. The thing about Scotty Scheffler, do you really want to bet a guy to win at three to one? Yeah, a whole tournament at a course that we haven't seen on the PGA Tour in eight years, Scotty Scheffler has never played it professionally. Do you really want to bet him at three to one? I can't. But I also don't want to, I mean, there's got to be ways around it. So I'm playing the without Scotty Scheffler market and I'm embarrassed Dustin. And I apologize. I have three chocks for you. That's what I got.
I'm going to go.
If you want me to roll with it.

**Dustin Swedelson** (2:15)
Do it.

**Eric Cohen** (2:15)
I'll give it to you. Yeah.
Let's start with Alexander Schauffele, 14-1 in the without Scotty Scheffler market. He was a solo second at the Rocket Classic in Detroit, which was a comp course to hear. The ball striking has been really good. The putter has been really good lately.
But he's looking for his first non-major win on the United States mainland since 2022 That's a lot to ask. 14-1, yeah, he could fit a second place behind Scotty and go with that. Same with Ludwig Oberg, a really talented guy. I know you like betting Ludwig Oberg. 14-1 in the without Scotty market. So here's my stat on him. Each one of the top six finishers with ties in the 2018 PGA Championship finished with at least six strokes gained ball striking. Ludwig has done that six times this season and was real close to doing it again last week. He's gained off the tee in 14 of 17 and on approach in 15 of 17 events this year. Yeah, he can finish second behind Scotty Schaeffler, another guy that I don't know if I want to take in the outright market, but behind Scotty, I'm okay with it. The last guy is the guy who's been red hot this season, Cam Young, 16 to 1
His ball striking has been great, but his putter has stunk lately. We just don't know what to expect. There's no course history here. I'm trusting the ball striking and I believe Cam Young will be in the mix at 16 to 1 on Sunday in the without market.

**Dustin Swedelson** (3:39)
That's Ludvig, that's Xander, that's Cam Young. Those are the three guys you're looking at for outrides at the BMW. Eric Cohen is our guest at Cohen's Corner AZ, host and analyst Sportsline as well.
Let's get to Major League Baseball because I got to tell you, man, I'm surprised I even have enough teeth to smile. I be getting my teeth kicked in so much with baseball. The numbers aren't making sense, so give me something. What can I look forward to coming up on Thursday that we should be attacking on the board?
