You're listening to The Drew Lane Show.

SPEAKER_2 (0:02)

Another day, another dollar. This is how we give back.

We have jobs.

SPEAKER_3 (0:11)

You guys doing some work here?

Drew Lane (0:14)

Hey, what's poppin? We're rocking on the deals at the d.com studios, and we have a plaque for our 48,000 YouTube followers, which now is about 50,000.

SPEAKER_2 (0:26)

All right.

Drew Lane (0:27)

We just passed. It took like four days to get the last 30 I don't know what was going on, but I was getting really frustrated. Every time I looked, it'd be like, 49,987, 49,988.

But now it's like 50,050, I think.

Brandon McAfee (0:43)

That's great. Roberto was checking last night after the show, and he said, Hey, we're eight away. Oh, shit, we're nine away now. Someone just unsubscribed. Oh, what?

Drew Lane (0:51)

I wonder what that was all about. I'm fascinated by the unsubscriptions. One thing, they'll have everything and then all of a sudden, one thing, somebody's like unsubscribe.

And all these people that run into trouble online and lose, I don't know, if you have 5 million subscribers, who cares if you lose 200,000? Somebody lost a whole bunch of subscribers. But anyway, I want to thank, is it Banshee Workshop that sent the plaques in? Jim Bentley got a plaque too, which he'll be unveiling on Thursday.

Brandon McAfee (1:21)

Yeah, I think somebody might have put a picture in there. I thought it was Brad, I could be wrong. I sent out a boner line message, so if it's not Brad, we'll confirm, but he made some very, very nice products. Thank you.

Drew Lane (1:33)

Brian Pat sent the little brown jug. And it's a big little brown jug.

Marc Fellhauer (1:38)

Yeah, it's a big little, yeah.

Drew Lane (1:40)

And all of it's appreciated. Please stop sending shit. I can't keep track of who sends it. So it's such a bummer.

SPEAKER_8 (1:45)

Yeah, do not send stuff. I feel bad.

Trudi Daniels (1:46)

He's an inventory clerk.

Brandon McAfee (1:47)

Well, if you just expect that Drew won't know who sent it.

Drew Lane (1:51)

I need help, I do. Also, I want to thank Mo.

Mo does some driving for various people. And Mo's really good. Mo's the guy that got screwed on his Uber account.

Marc Fellhauer (2:00)

And then drove to Chicago.

Drew Lane (2:02)

Yeah, to meet with Uber, because you couldn't get a human being on the phone or online or anything. So he meets a human being and they're like, you don't have an appointment. It's like, yeah, but you don't answer the phone. You can't talk to a human. How can I make an appointment? So they actually accommodated him for 15 minutes and told him that, well, it's not likely, but we'll see what I can do.

SPEAKER_1 (2:21)

I'm an excellent driver.

Drew Lane (2:22)

He did not get his Uber account back.

SPEAKER_7 (2:23)

He didn't? After all that?

Brandon McAfee (2:25)

They said this.

SPEAKER_13 (2:26)

You some kind of Mo.

Drew Lane (2:29)

I don't know if they said that or not. They may have.

Trudi Daniels (2:31)

You would think the company would have some kind of a heart and capitulate.

SPEAKER_13 (2:36)

No.

Trudi Daniels (2:36)

Just being bastards.

Drew Lane (2:38)

So he is, I mean, this is really killing him.

Marc Fellhauer (2:41)

Can he make another new email?

Trudi Daniels (2:44)

Yeah.

SPEAKER_2 (2:45)

I mean, can he just re-sign up?

Drew Lane (2:48)

I assume that he could do that. I don't know. I think he's an honest guy.

Trudi Daniels (2:53)

You have to submit your license and insurance though, don't you?

Drew Lane (2:55)

Yeah. Mo got in the United States when he was, I think, 12 years old and he's pretty much about following rules, I think, but he started this business driving.

Marc Fellhauer (3:05)

Very American of him. When is he going to assimilate, start breaking the rules?

Drew Lane (3:08)

Yeah. I have to get mad on that. Matt's really in charge of this. Matt's been trying to help too. Anyway, if you need a ride to the airport or anywhere like that, like he's going to be driving for Killer Cares December 10th, he's going to be driving all kinds of people.

Trudi Daniels (3:20)

Mo needs a card because I don't remember.

Drew Lane (3:24)

Oh, awesome.

SPEAKER_8 (3:25)

Here we go. Mo has cards.

Brandon McAfee (3:27)

Mo, get ready.

Drew Lane (3:29)

No, Mo's a great driver.

Marc Fellhauer (3:30)

Yeah, Brandon needs it.

Trudi Daniels (3:31)

By the way, I'll be going to Eloise Asylum in Westland on the 30th.
