This is the DNVR Broncos Podcast live from the Toyota Lounge. And today we've got a lot to talk about. No RK today, no Zac today. So we've got our guy Jake here. And because Jake is somewhat of a receiver expert, we had a really fun show planned where we get to talk about Jaylen Waddle, what makes him special, how does he fit in with a bunch of the league's best receivers? How does he fit in with the Broncos? Talk through a bunch more of the Broncos' top prospects. Me and RK kind of broke down the top 10, but we're going to go through maybe 10 more. We'll see how far we get.
But first, actually first, before we turn this all dark, let's enjoy a couple more seconds. Jake, how are you doing?

**Jake Schwanitz** (0:43)
What's up, man? I'm great.

**Henry Chisholm** (0:44)
How are you?

**Jake Schwanitz** (0:44)
It's Friday? We got World Cup games, USA today?

**Henry Chisholm** (0:48)
I hit, so I had South Korea yesterday. I started with Mexico, South Korea, Moneyline Parlay.

**Jake Schwanitz** (0:54)
All right.

**Henry Chisholm** (0:55)
And then when South Korea went down, I took them with nine to one odds to win. So I hit the Parlay and also hit the nine to one odds when they came back and won. What an incredible game.

**Jake Schwanitz** (1:06)
Congrats, bro. Hopefully one of many big dubs.

**Henry Chisholm** (1:09)
Hopefully every day this is just going to keep happening. I do.
I think I'm done with the strategy of betting on soccer teams when they're down though. Feels like it's a bad idea.

**Jake Schwanitz** (1:17)
Yeah, it feels pretty risky. I think you got away with one there, but I'm surprised. Let's go. You're locked in for this World Cup then, huh?

**Henry Chisholm** (1:24)
I am very locked in. I decided, you know, it comes once every four years, and if I hate it, then halfway through I can stop watching. But this is, I'm giving soccer a chance.

**Jake Schwanitz** (1:36)
It's a good game, Hank. Give it an honest shot.

**Henry Chisholm** (1:38)
Yeah, there was about 20 minutes in to that game yesterday.
It was all just kind of like dry, and neither team really had possession. I was like, maybe I should just full screen the hockey game. But I didn't, and I powered through, and I was rewarded in the end, because the last 30 minutes of that game were awesome. What would you think, Yahya?

**SPEAKER_3** (1:59)
I'm terrified of both teams. They're in Mexico group. So South Korea looking that good is kind of scary, and Cheche being that tall and get outside pieces is even more scary against a lot of short Mexicans on the field. So it will be a lot of fun for me, for sure.

**Henry Chisholm** (2:16)
Yeah, that's what was scaring me. Like they're just so big.
I'm excited for tonight. I'm excited to see the Americans play.

**Jake Schwanitz** (2:24)
Do we have a parlay tonight? Canada, Bosnia, and then USA parlay?

**Henry Chisholm** (2:28)
I've just got the Canada, US money on parlay and Canada loses, then I'll have to rethink that. But as of now, that's what we're rolling with. We'll have a watch on tonight. For all of you who, like me, maybe don't know a lot about soccer, I'll be on there. Yaya, who knows about soccer, will be over there.
A bunch of us are going to be hanging out, watching all these US games, so it should be fun.

**Jake Schwanitz** (2:49)
We're going to get a Yaya crash out tonight on the stream.

**Henry Chisholm** (2:52)
Oh, that's right. I forgot he does that.

**SPEAKER_3** (2:54)
I don't think I'll crash out because I don't think the US will be bad.

**Jake Schwanitz** (2:58)
Wait, we're good?

**SPEAKER_3** (2:59)
I think they should be quarters bound. They should get to the quarterfinals.

**Jake Schwanitz** (3:05)
We take that every time.

**SPEAKER_3** (3:06)
Exactly. So I'm like, unless they actually like, Paraguay is good, but unless they actually lose bad, I don't think there should be a crash out.

**Jake Schwanitz** (3:15)
Well, hell yeah.

**Henry Chisholm** (3:22)
So Jonathon Cooper was arrested again last night, which is obviously bad news. It's just a bad situation all around.
Here's what happened. So we got to jump back to the beginning of this timeline because some of this gets reported weirdly. We kind of talked yesterday. So the initial charge, which is what he got on Monday, was criminal mischief. And then you tag that with the domestic violence because in Colorado, domestic violence itself is not a charge. Like there's no like, okay, you can't go to court for domestic violence. You can get charged with assault with the tag of it was domestic violence or murder. And it was domestic violence, which I guess might not be worth doing because murder is so serious. Results probably the same.
