To Dustin, on today's show, we're going to talk some Auburn offense, continuing a conversation we had on our midweek report about expectations. What are Dustin's expectations for the Auburn Tigers in 2026? Also, we're going to start the show talking about Byrum Brown at quarterback and what to expect from him. Byrum Brown, ad media days, Byrum Brown was said to be one of the best quarterbacks in the country by his coach, Alex Golesh. As a matter of fact, I asked him the question. Alex Golesh looked me right in my eyes and said, he's already one of the best quarterbacks in the country. If that is true, what could Auburn fans expect? And I want to start with the passing game. Last year, Dustin, Auburn had the second worst mark in the league in passing yards per game at 197.1 yards per game through the air.

Yeah, yeah, we're shocking. As a result, a lot of the five star talent that Auburn had at receiver said, we're going to go play elsewhere.

USF averaged 276 yards per game through the air last year in the American. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle. But where do you see this Auburn passing game with Byron Brown at quarterback in the SEC?

**Dustin** (4:14)
It really depends on how good they run the football, Mike. I mean, if you go back to some of those better Auburn teams, there's a reason why Auburn fans want to see you turn around and hand the ball off to the running back. Now, you got a little something special this year with Byron Brown. He can make things happen with his legs. But again, go back to some of Auburn's better seasons. It's been that dual threat quarterback that you have to worry about what he's going to do, throwing the ball over the top and you got to honor that run game. So Alex Golesh has said all off season, he wants to run the piss out of the football.
