It's on YouTube. And for those who are like me, are kind of late to the game, I always thought YouTube was sort of for your phone, but now I sit and watch it on my TV pretty much. And it's pretty much just like watching a standup special. It's on any streamer.

I would, there was a few years ago where I would make fun of people that say, oh, I don't even watch TV anymore. I watch YouTube and now I am one of those guys where I am watching the majority of my TV either on streaming apps or YouTube.

**Adam Carolla** (2:56)
I was in this building 10 years ago and I was talking to my assistant and I said, we gotta get, I moved. I said, we gotta get the phone guy out to the house. And he said, why do you need the phone guy? He's got to hook up the phone. He goes, you have a phone. I go, yeah, yeah, yeah, but I need the phone phone.
I need a home phone. He goes, why do you need a home phone? I go, what do you mean why? Everyone needs a, he goes, I don't have, well, you're a fool. I need a home phone. And everyone's always had a home phone. So I'm gonna go wait for the phone guy to come hook it up. And I realize that's now insane.

That is insane.
It used to be you would need a cable jack for your television. And now you don't need that at all.

**Adam Carolla** (3:40)
Everything is crazy. I mean, I had a dude I knew who lived in Santa Monica who had an apartment who went under the apartment, spliced into his neighbor's cable, who was paying for HBO, put a T into it and teed off into his unit with it. I knew my buddy Ray had the black box that he got from the cable guy. You could give him 100 bucks and he had all the good nudie channels on it. Plus, the Tyson fight was free.

Oh my God. Slip the cable guy 100, slip him a 50, you're going to get all the premium channels.
It's a bygone era.

**Adam Carolla** (4:22)
Listen, I am and we are missing out on the bribery part of life. Because everybody, everybody who's of a certain age, like my age, whose dad was rich, he'd go, my dad would get pulled over on the turnpike, drunk as shit, just hand the officer his license with a 20 and like, that's it.

No body cam, no dash cam, no nanny state. Fucking bribe. And look, I get it. It's a rich guy thing, but it's aspirational. Like I, one of the reasons to get rich back in the day was to cut the line, like was to get off with the cops, was to pay off women to shut up. NDAs meant something back then. Donald Trump had an NDA with Stormy Daniels. That's the worst use of hush money.
