The Broncos' only practice of the week is in the books, and the team is off and rolling with Thursday Night Football just around the corner, and there is tons to get to, including a very honest Bo Nix talking about his struggles, or should I even call them struggles? Let's dive into everything you need to know, and let's start with Bo Nix's balance. Sean Payton wants Bo Nix to let it rip. Davis stated he wants Bo to be aggressive, not reckless, and that balance is leading to the biggest battle Bo is facing right now. On Tuesday, following the team's only practice of the week, he opened up about it. He said, quote, well, that's the biggest. Honestly, really and truly, the biggest battle right now is one to be aggressive, one to be aggressive, and then you see stats, and you're like, well, this team is causing the most turnovers in the league. And you're like, okay, well, I can't put my team in a situation where I'm turning the football over and putting my defense in a bad spot, giving them a short field. Really quick side note, the Seahawks, the Broncos' next opponent, are forcing the most turnovers in the NFL. Nix continued and said, quote, at the end of the day, it's like who cares? Why would I go out there and worry about throwing an interception? Why would I go out there trying to throw every football 50 yards down the field? Just play the play. If the play is there, hit it. If not, check it down, run, throw it away, punt. Who cares? That's the play. I was dealt and I have to remind myself not to play hero ball. Just one play at a time, do exactly what I'm supposed to do. And who cares if the play causes me to throw an interception and I force it, and that was there and I liked what I saw. It may happen. It's going to happen. It's happened before and it's going to happen again. If it's not there, I'm not going to throw it into a team meeting. I'm going to check the ball down and we're going to move on. That's just the play that's given to me, and I have to continue to do just that, unquote. From Bo's answer, it's pretty darn clear that this is a battle he is having. Be aggressive or be safe with the ball.

Bo Nix has an answer. Before I tell you, make sure to like this video, subscribe to this channel. Helps us out a lot. Helps you a lot as well, because we believe we have the best Broncos coverage. We are at every single game, practice, event. Let's continue, and let me tell you, Bo's answer to this battle he's having. Fortunately, he has the answer of how he can overcome this right now. Nix said, quote, making it simple, making things one, two, three, and let's play fast and let's roll. I think sometimes I can have a tendency of overanalyzing, overthinking things, and that's what I'm not on my best. I want to have all the answers and get everything right. It's too difficult, 11 moving guys on defense. It's tough to always figure it out, but I do think I can make the game simpler and just get back to one, two, check down, that sort of thing, and making sure my reads are on point. Unquote.

Making the game simpler ties into Payton's advice of let it rip, just go out there and play football. Bo and as Cortland Sutton said on Tuesday, everyone has his back on this team.

Nix's narrative is something else as well. Let me tell you about that. One final thing from Bo's press conference, he stated he doesn't necessarily believe he's playing worse this year than he has in the past. He also said good verse bad play can be a narrative. He said, quote, playing good and playing bad is a narrative. I think it's honestly something we make up. I don't think I'm necessarily playing any different to what I'm playing normally. It's just every once in a while, the ball will bounce this way or something will happen this way.

We'll get a pressure on this look when we had someone open and I'll throw it away when I wanted to hold it on to a little bit longer. And the next thing you know, the stat line looks different. And we're talking about something completely different. I'm confident in my preparation. I'm confident in my coaching and I'm confident in our offense and the way we're going to structure the game and call plays. I know we're going to have things there. It's just playing the play as it comes. When it's there, get it. And when it's getting mentally exhausting and not being able to play all four quarters or wanting to play all four quarters, however long it takes to get the.
