Jonah Coleman had an excellent training camp. He's got what I call the hit target. I mean, you're supposed to, in the NFL college or high school, whatever, not deliver blows to the head.
They always tell you to stay up. You don't see a lot of guys, unless they're out of position, diving trying to take somebody's legs. So the hit target basically is from right under your chin to your belt. Well, that's a little target for that dude.

I mean, he is compact and I mean, he's short, but he is stout. So I think Broncos fans are going to like what he brings to the table. I know the Broncos.

We are doing all right, man. How was your summer? You know, how are things going?

**Dave Logan** (1:30)
Yeah, good.
Quick. You know, we start in June and then the Broncos start training camp. And before you know it, I mean, it's a little bit of drudgery to get through. I'm sure you and I both played and I remember training camp and it was necessary, but it was like, when can we please get out of camp?

**Benny Fowler** (1:50)
Yeah.

**Dave Logan** (1:51)
So now they're out of camp. And, you know, the final 53 have been established, at least for right now. Yeah, I think there'll be two or three changes on that list. And we can focus on Kansas City coming up.

**Benny Fowler** (2:02)
Biggest highlight of your summer?

Biggest highlight of the summer?
I got to play golf, which I don't really have enough time to do, which is sort of sad. But I got to play golf in Lake Tahoe.

**Benny Fowler** (2:22)

Yeah, really nice course. Did you pay in that program? And actually, I did not play in the program. They don't have enough balls, figuratively speaking. They don't have enough golf balls to give me because that, you know, I would be, I would see a lot of part of that course.
But no, got to play a beautiful course with some friends and had a lot of fun.

I know what your biggest highlight is. You know, my biggest highlight, it would be the birth of my son, Benny Fowler, the fourth, you know, becoming a dad, man.

It is crazy how when you see your child for the first time, how your mind automatically shifts. And then no doubt also just really just appreciate it. Like my parents and the foundation that they gave me because now I'm completely in it. And I have to apologize for all of the things I call the pain I caused them. Right. This year, your first, this is my first. Okay.

This is like March Madness. It's pretty much just surviving advance. So not counting hours.

I get it literally just I'd like to say it's going to get better.

Thank you, man. On today's show, we're going to be talking about as Bo Nix fully back and Denver's defense finally become a takeaway machine. What cut down day is actually like for us players?
The Broncos, Ry receiver room and then some news around the AFC West, man. So let's die right into it. You've been around training camp this year. I've been around to a couple of practices. What did we actually learn from the Broncos preseason? They had three preseason games. Bo Nix played in one of them. But just to start, what did you learn from the Broncos preseason?

**Dave Logan** (4:02)
Well, I would say in no significant order of importance.
I think the running game is going to look a little bit different. I think it'll look different. And I know they wanted to look different from an efficiency standpoint. I think they're schematically going to look a little bit different. I think they'll be two or three wrinkles. I can't really get into them. But there were things that watching practice that at my eyes said, huh, I didn't see that last year. Not like that, which is good. And it's not only the Broncos. Every team tweaks things and tries to put in new things and figure out what they need to work on and get rid of the bad things. And but I thought that was that was one thing. I think that this camp has more of a sort of veteran feel to me, even than last year, the addition of Jaylen Waddle and his big playability. But I mean, pretty much everybody is back.
