You know, Lamar Morris had mentioned that he's, that they're like best friends, and this was before I had recorded this episode, and I was like, okay, well, I know I'm gonna like Billy because if he's friends with Lamar, he's got to be a cool guy, and he was just a total sweetheart, and so curious, like, there were parts of the podcast where I felt like, oh, I think I'm being podcasted because he just seems to like to learn about things and people, and, you know, we were very kindred spirits, and I really, really enjoyed this conversation. Billy has been in a billion things. If you look at his IMDB page, it is a tower of credits. Currently, he's on The Audacity, which of course is on AMC. You can see that on AMC or AMC Plus, which also just got renewed for a second season. So congratulations to everyone on that. But let's see what else is here. Oh my gosh, he was in Roadhouse. Oh, and of course Game Night. He was in Game Night. That's such a great movie. How long have you been doing this stuff, like hosting? Because you've been, I've known you forever.

Hosting stuff or hosting podcasts? Podcasts I've been doing since 2010 Hosting I've been doing for decades.

It always ends up there. But I was always obsessed with stand up comedy in the 70s and 80s. There was an 80s comedy boom. There was also this concurrent game show boom in the 80s.
I just always loved hosting stuff.

You have to have like cojones to do that.
I think so. To constantly keep a show moving forward.

**SPEAKER_2** (4:32)
Or a personality disorder. I don't know. Stand up is sort of like a compulsion, I think.

Or an expulsion of emotions held up, you think?

Possibly.

I'm scared of stand up comedy. I think it's fantastic. It's like the people that do it are fantastic. I don't know if I can do it.

I don't know if any stand up ever feels like they chose to do. It's just sort of like they're forced to. Well, they just gravitated towards it. We'll kind of get to the hosting stuff. But I kind of want to find out about you as a performer, because we're like all over. Billy's like, I don't want to talk about myself.
