Welcome to the Bigfoot Terror in the Woods Sightings & Encounters Podcast. I'm your host, WJ. Sheehan, author of the series of books, Bigfoot Terror in the Woods Sightings & Encounters, all kinds of volumes, e-book, kindle, audiobook available through our website, bigfootterrorinthewoods.com. Hit the book link, do a little shopping, and while you're shopping, jump into our shop, our little store, chock full of all kinds of cool Bigfoot stuff relative to Bigfoot Terror in the Woods.

Now, may I introduce you to my brother and co-host, KJ Sheehan. Kev, how are you?

KJ Sheehan (2:31)

What's going on, Bill? You're going through the Nor'easter up there.

W.J. Sheehan (2:36)

Yeah, and you know what happened, Kev.

KJ Sheehan (2:39)

Crazy. My brother went through a little Wizard of Oz thing, although his house didn't get picked up in a tornado. He did have a tree fall on it, or at least on his shed and on his fence. I don't know if there were like the booties of a wicked witch sticking out from under that tree.

W.J. Sheehan (3:00)

And speaking of a wicked witch, Kev, you know, I got to send you over the picture of my Bigfoot. Maybe we could put that in the website.

KJ Sheehan (3:08)

Yeah, I saw it with the Wizard hat on it.

W.J. Sheehan (3:12)

Yeah, well, it's actually a witch's hat, but Wizard is cool, too.

KJ Sheehan (3:15)

All right.

W.J. Sheehan (3:17)

Folks, I have a giant plywood Bigfoot on four by four treated lumber posts in my front yard with glowing red eyes.

KJ Sheehan (3:27)

And by the way, folks, this is not the typical silhouette of the Bigfoot walking, you know, like we've all seen a hundred times. This is a horrible looking Bigfoot head on looking at you with these red glowing eyes.

W.J. Sheehan (3:44)

Right. Like he's coming for you.

KJ Sheehan (3:46)

Eight feet tall.

W.J. Sheehan (3:49)

And last year, I started out, maybe we'll post the Christmas one too, Kev, when I switch over. I started out making a hat out of plywood with a pocket in the middle to slip over its head.

At a plywood. And I made a Santa hat last year. And this year, I have put together a witches or wizards hat for Halloween that's on them. And then next, Kev, I'm going to do a leprechaun hat and perhaps a large set of bunny ears.

KJ Sheehan (4:25)

A little bunny ear action. Yeah, I like that.

W.J. Sheehan (4:29)

And now I'm thinking for 4th of July, how about an Uncle Sam red, white and blue stovepipe hat?

KJ Sheehan (4:38)

I like that a lot.

W.J. Sheehan (4:40)

Yeah. So you can get into the hats. And I'm a hat guy. So it's right in my wheelhouse to zhuzh up the Bigfoot a little bit with a hat.

KJ Sheehan (4:50)

I like it a lot.

W.J. Sheehan (4:52)

Now, I got one more maybe for the interim somewhere. I'm thinking of a horned viking helmet.

KJ Sheehan (4:58)

Oh.

W.J. Sheehan (4:59)

And I don't know where I would use that. Maybe here or there, you know. But I can have some fun with it. And, you know, it puts a smile on a lot of people's faces.

KJ Sheehan (5:09)

Now you got to put up a ladder to get that thing up there or what?

W.J. Sheehan (5:12)

Yeah. It's actually a little higher than eight feet from the ground to top of the head.

KJ Sheehan (5:17)

OK.

W.J. Sheehan (5:18)

Because I mounted it on the four by four posts in concrete and I kept the feet area off the ground, you know, three or four inches.

KJ Sheehan (5:28)

I was thinking, yeah, I'm wearing some boots with some big heels on them. Maybe some kiss rocker boots.

W.J. Sheehan (5:35)

You're talking about Bigfoot in drag?

KJ Sheehan (5:37)

Yeah, I'm just saying.

W.J. Sheehan (5:38)

Hey, baby, take a walk on the wild side. Remember that old Lou Reed song?

KJ Sheehan (5:47)

Oh yeah.

I think we just broke the video interaction. If we try to hum along to the same song, that can't work. That would totally blow the timing.

W.J. Sheehan (6:07)

That's the good of being in a band, man. You're working it out, brother.

KJ Sheehan (6:12)

That's right. That's right.

W.J. Sheehan (6:14)

The first run through a song is never that good.

KJ Sheehan (6:18)

So you made it through the storm so far? You got another day of this thing or what?

W.J. Sheehan (6:23)

Well the winds have vastly subsided tonight.

KJ Sheehan (6:26)

Okay. By the way, my bride showed me some pictures from Cedar Beach in Mount Sinai.
