Yes, it is that time, and it's time to look at the next vintage. It comes to you from Forrester Estate, family-owned premium Margaret River Wine. This is when we look at the next generation of AFL players, and which one of that next generation stood out on the weekend. And Heata, you've got a good WA lad.

**SPEAKER_1** (1:32)
We do, Sammy Swaddling, got in his first game for the Piers on the weekend. So, well done to Sam. I mean, first of all, getting his first AFL game, but also one game and he's straight into the next vintage. So, very well done to him.
He had, he kicked a goal, he had 18 disposals. It just looked like he was ready to go. He fit into place and he looks like he fits into that team very nicely as well.

**SPEAKER_3** (1:53)
So, he's an interesting one, Sam Swaddling, because I think when they picked the summer squads for the West Australian 18s last year, I think they were a bit slow to pick up on Sam Swaddling and Jacob Farrow, who are two of the WA boys that have done really well. So, obviously, whether they, we often talk about the tyranny of distance, Western Australia to the East Coast. I wonder whether the tyranny of distance, Perth Central to Joondalup, sort of kicked in a bit with them because they're both very, very good players and have to say, the Swaddling family made a great contribution to the occasion as well.

**SPEAKER_1** (2:31)
They did as well. After the game, so the Pies go to sing the song, Sam's there and they invite in Sam's brother Joel.
So, if you haven't seen the pictures of that, it's Sam's brother Joel, who was born with, she's gone from in front of me, but he's rolled in in the wheelchair, and they say, Joel, you started off. And he goes, I don't know the words. And they go, it's all right, just yell. So, yay! And then they go, they launched into it. So, it was just one of those really lovely, it was probably my favorite moment of Footie from the weekend, actually, to see Joel involved and to see the Swodling family there supporting Sam.

**SPEAKER_3** (3:24)
One thing I'll say about Collingwood, Collingwood do stuff like that really well.
And it's something, I think, that while we sometimes look at Craig McCray, and you go, it's a bit of a car salesman, the old fly. But he's very inclusive, and he does understand the atmosphere within the player group. And he's really good at looking after that atmosphere in the playing group.

**SPEAKER_1** (3:50)
Was it Bo McCreary's mom, Julie, that did a pre-game speech once as well, that went around? So yeah, definitely. They've got their eye out for moments like that, and they do it very well, Collingwood. Who have you got this week, Duff?

**SPEAKER_3** (4:00)
So I'm going with Harry Dean, the Carlton father son, tall defender. So because he's a defender, the stats won't jump off the page at year, but 10 disposals, four marks, six intercept possessions, two contested marks. He's been really impressive in the games that he's played.
I loved his game on the weekend, but you know what I really loved? So at one stage, Toby Green got a bit aggro.

**SPEAKER_1** (4:25)
No.

**SPEAKER_3** (4:26)
And he hit Nick Newman in the chest, and Toby copped his 11th, 70th fine from the AFL for doing that. He's now over $50,000 worth of fines.

**SPEAKER_1** (4:38)
Congratulations.

**SPEAKER_3** (4:38)
You'd think when Toby hit someone now would be a suspension, but no, not under the AFL rules. But the first bloke in to remonstrate with Toby Green was Harry Dean.
