Here's Petey in La Lona, WFAN. Petey, what's going on, kid?
Petey? Petey there?

**Chris McMonigle** (0:08)
No?

**Craig Carton** (0:09)
Yeah, all right, good. All right, Pete. Pete!

**Chris McMonigle** (0:13)
Yeah, I'm here, Craig. What's happening?

**Craig Carton** (0:15)
It ain't that complicated, dude. Come on, you're better than that.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:19)
Yeah, no, I'm sorry.

**Craig Carton** (0:20)
That's all right.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:20)
How you doing, Craig?

**Craig Carton** (0:21)
All good, how are you?

**Chris McMonigle** (0:23)
I'm hanging in there.

**Craig Carton** (0:24)
Great.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:24)
I gotta take C-Mac to task a little bit on John Harbaugh, if you don't mind. No, please do. I hope I'm about time some of them needed.

**Tiki Barber** (0:32)
I love being taken to task.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:34)
Okay, do you know our new head coach leaves the NFL in the last five years with 15 losses in the fourth quarter with a lead?

**Tiki Barber** (0:48)
Okay.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:49)
With a lead in the fourth quarter in the last five years, he has lost 15 games. Okay.
Okay, now let me just finish a few things. Now, he's not an offensive coordinator, he's not a defensive coordinator, and he's not even now a special teams coach. He was supposed to bring Todd Monkin over here as our offensive coordinator. Yeah, but he got a head coaching job.

**Evan Roberts** (1:16)
Yeah.

**Chris McMonigle** (1:16)
Right, he couldn't because Todd went to Cleveland.

**Craig Carton** (1:19)
Right.

**Evan Roberts** (1:19)
So you think Todd Monkin is the reason that he's had success in Baltimore?

**Chris McMonigle** (1:26)
I don't call success in Baltimore with a two time MVP in Lamar Jackson. Much success.

**Craig Carton** (1:33)
By the way, I agree that's what B.

**Chris McMonigle** (1:35)
Mackey and I argue a lot.

**Craig Carton** (1:37)
I agree with you on that.
I think he underachieved with Lamar Jackson as his quarterback. I do. Okay. He may have overachieved with Flacco.

**Evan Roberts** (1:44)
Did you watch Lamar Jackson play in most of those playoff games?

**Craig Carton** (1:47)
Yes.

**Evan Roberts** (1:48)
Okay. Yes. He didn't play well.

**Craig Carton** (1:49)
Well, the last one against the Bills was not on Lamar Jackson, but that's a fair point.

**Evan Roberts** (1:53)
I'm not saying all of them were, but some of them were. He did not play well in the postseason. I agree. Offensively, the team kind of lost its way in some of those games, and that's Todd Monkin too. Look, I'm not telling you he's the greatest coach ever. He's never lost a big game, and he's destined to lead the Giants back to the Super Bowl, but he's a steady proven winner year in and year out. That's the question. That's what he is.

**Craig Carton** (2:18)
You said at the start of the show, and I thought you did a good job, re-numerating the Giants' failures in the fourth quarter last year, where you and others here at the radio station, fans alike, have come out and said, well, you know, if we don't blow the fourth quarter leads, we went 7-8 games last year. I don't disagree with that. Factually, it's correct. If you didn't blow those games, yes. So it's interesting that there's a belief amongst Giants fans, including yourself, that just having John Harbaugh versus Brian Dable, that if and when the Giants do have fourth quarter leads and double digit leads, that you have a different outcome because you have a better coach.
So I did a little research for you.

**Evan Roberts** (2:58)
Really? What made you think about it?

**Craig Carton** (3:00)
I like to be right and I like when you're wrong.

**Evan Roberts** (3:02)
Okay.

**Craig Carton** (3:03)
You and, by the way, I want to be clear, I'm not a Giants fan. And Evan, and Shaun and Tiki, the Foyas are all wrong. Okay. All right? If I may go to Exhibit A, Your Honor?

**Evan Roberts** (3:11)
Please, Exhibit A.

**Craig Carton** (3:12)
Thank you.
Johnny Harbaugh, your guy, Evan's guy, Tiki's guy, Shaun's guy, has overseen 17 blown double-digit leads in the second half since 2008, which is the most by any head coach in the NFL since at least 1991 Well, let's concentrate on the fourth quarter, because that's where the point you guys made. Sure. That had you guys not collapsed in the fourth quarter, and now just by default having a better coach than Brian Dable, you're not going to lose those games. So in the fourth quarter, John Harbaugh has accumulated the most blown double digit fourth quarter leads over any team in football over the course of the last ten years. So I'm wondering if he's the worst coach in football with a double digit point lead in either the second half or more specifically the fourth quarter, why do giant fans think that if the giants do have a second half lead, like they did many times last year, that now that John Harbaugh is here, you're going to win more of those games than you did. He's worse than Dable in that specific regard.
