All the big heads of AI companies are saying, yo, we got to agree to slow down together. We're going to be going over the timeline, what happened, why it happened, who said what, when they said it, what they're wearing, where they go to school, who's dating who.
Emil DeRosa (0:37)
Who's ex is who's ex.
Ben Cahn (0:39)
Yes.
All the down and dirty gossip that you come here for because you know that we've got the inside scoop. We've got informants on the inside. We've got guys on Grindr. We've got girls on Hinge.
Emil DeRosa (0:50)
We talked to all of Sam Altman's Grindr dates.
Ben Cahn (0:53)
Yes. Yes. We talked.
Emil DeRosa (0:55)
But now all of a sudden this guy, Jacob Cox, comes out and says like, guys, I worked at Anthropic for three months and I'm super serial.
Ben Cahn (1:02)
First, it's embedded evaluators. Well, embedded evaluators. Then it's coordination within democratic countries. Thank you. And then number three is further coordination that would include countries like China, basically hiring neutral third parties to be in their offices to make sure everybody's.
Emil DeRosa (1:24)
They're getting access to everything going, hey, it's not too powerful, is it?
Ben Cahn (1:27)
Yeah.
Emil DeRosa (1:28)
Emil's not going to send a swarm at his student loans, is he?
Ben Cahn (1:31)
How do you create something like this? And then they just, I don't know how it got there. I don't know how I figured it out.
Emil DeRosa (1:36)
Or like Henry Ford presenting the car. Oh, yeah. And being like, I don't even know how it goes. I don't know. It just goes. It just goes, man. I don't know.
Stop asking.
SPEAKER_4 (1:49)
I don't know how the clutch works.
Emil DeRosa (1:50)
We need the president to come in and help because it just goes.
Ben Cahn (1:56)
It just goes, man. You pop it in gear, it just starts to go.
Emil DeRosa (2:00)
Henry, you built it.
SPEAKER_5 (2:01)
I don't know what to do.
Emil DeRosa (2:27)
New hairstyle activated.
Ben Cahn (2:29)
No, this isn't new. It looks different.
Emil DeRosa (2:32)
You're kind of like doing a bang.
SPEAKER_5 (2:33)
I have bangs?
Ben Cahn (2:37)
Hello, everybody. What's going on?
We're here to tell you what's going on. That's Emil. I'm Ben.
Emil DeRosa (2:44)
You look different.
Ben Cahn (2:45)
I look different? Yeah. Do I look healthier?
Emil DeRosa (2:47)
No.
Ben Cahn (2:48)
Oh, well, maybe tune in to the bonus to find out why I might look good and look different.
Emil DeRosa (2:56)
Did something happen to you? I don't know.
Ben Cahn (2:58)
Things happen to me all the time.
Emil DeRosa (2:59)
That's true. Something did happen to me, but I got to save it.
Ben Cahn (3:04)
You got to save it, man. We're just starting the episode. We're starting the episode this week.
We're talking about everybody losing their goddarn minds.
Emil DeRosa (3:13)
And when you say everyone, everyone, it's literally everyone.
Ben Cahn (3:16)
It's broken containment.
Emil DeRosa (3:18)
It's broken containment. People are all across the political spectrum are acting in ways that you wouldn't expect.
Everyone's losing their minds.
Ben Cahn (3:27)
Everyone's pets heads are falling off.
Emil DeRosa (3:29)
I will say I'm losing my mind in the sense that I'm so confused. My eyes are so tired from reading literally everything, trying to figure out what the hell's going on.
Ben Cahn (3:38)
Oh yeah, yeah. But that's why we're here, gang, because we are talking all about, there's a lot of fear mongering going on. I wouldn't even call it fear mongering. There's just, everybody's vocally, all the big heads of AI companies are saying, yo, we gotta slow down. We gotta agree to slow down together.
Except for Jensen Huang and President Trump, who had a lot of things to say. So we're going to be going over the timeline, what happened, why it happened, who said what, when they said it, what they're wearing, where they go to school, who's dating who, whose ex is whose ex. Yes. All the down and dirty gossip that you come here for, because you know that we've got the inside scoop. We've got informants on the inside. We've got guys on Grindr.
