Auburn's got a gauntlet left for their October schedule. Two on the road, one at home. Will they win any?
Welcome on in to The Auburn Express Powered by The War Rapport. I'm your host, Mike G. Turn us on, turn us up. We'll turn it out. I'm here with Mike and Fred Sierra Clarke from SEC Unfiltered. Let's talk a little Auburn Football and some SEC Football in this Friday edition of The Auburn Express TV. On today's show, we're going to get Sierra's top five in the SEC currently. And then in the first half of the show, we'll talk about that remaining October schedule for the Auburn Tigers. Guys, don't forget to like and subscribe to the channel. Your likes and subscribes help keep us the number one source of Auburn Football content out there. Also, today's show is brought to you by our title sponsor, Kalshi, America's number one prediction market, new War Rapport customers get $55 when you trade your first $25 on Kalshi. Just head to kalshi.com/r/rapport, scan the QR code on the screen or just download the app. And when it asks you for a sign up code, that code is rapport. When you get to the right spot, you're going to see this graphic out to the right that says rapport sent you $55 on Kalshi. After that first $25 trade completes, they'll run you your bread. We appreciate Kalshi for sponsoring this segment. If you traded along with us last week, we took the under 48 and a half versus Tennessee. It was 38 points total. So we took home some bacon last week, Sierra. It was a nice win for our listeners. I think Auburn fans would appreciate a nice win in October, but after the loss to Tennessee, it only gets harder for the Tigers. Next up, after this bye week is Georgia. They have to travel to Athens. We do a segment called Boss Toss and Loss where we put every game in a category. Boss being wins, toss being hey, it could go either way. Loss is obviously being Ls. For five years straight, I've had to put this game in the loss column.
I have zero hope for Auburn next week.
Do you have any hope for Auburn next week versus Georgia? Like what scenario could you see the Tigers going? And mind you, they have not gone to Athens in one since 2005
Sierra Clarke (2:48)
Wow.
Mike Gittens (2:48)
22 years.
Sierra Clarke (2:50)
I mean, maybe they could pull off of Vanderbilt and be the only team to score on Georgia in the first quarter. This Georgia team is scary.
I wouldn't be shocked if they won the national championship, especially, of course, you have Kirby Smart as your head coach. And even though Georgia really hasn't been challenged by anyone, excited to see that this weekend against Alabama, if that game even happens. But Georgia just clicks on all cylinders it's going to be hard for Auburn to stop them.
Mike Gittens (3:15)
Yeah, Gunner Stockton, I've been impressed with since last year. I don't know if you remember the shootout between Georgia and Tennessee in Neal in last year, but whenever they needed a throw, that game ended in overtime. Georgia came away with the win.
SPEAKER_1 (3:31)
In this life, you can't win.

I say this all the time and I pray for an era of Auburn football where Auburn fans can feel the same way. But when you watch them play, it feels to me like those guys never believe they're going to lose a game.
Until the clocks hit triple zeros and they're losing, they always think they're in it. And right now, I think they're the class of the SEC. If you're Auburn, is there a moral victory in this one where you could play them tough and come away feeling good about the rest of October?
