BREAKING: Auburn football found a way to get it done against Vanderbilt, and right now, that might be the most important thing for Alex Golesh and the Tigers. Was it pretty? Absolutely not. Was it the brand of football Auburn ultimately wants to play? Not even close.

This football is back, so Hilton called on me, the superstition concierge, to make your fan rituals a reality. Need a room to match your lucky number? We Go V. Want to make sure our team doesn't wash your lucky jersey? Oh, that smells lucky.
Hilton's unmatched hospitality can keep up with any superstition. Even a marching band wake up call at 555 in 55 seconds. Hit it.
When you need a team that will do whatever it takes on game day, it matters where you stay. Hilton, for the stay.

When you think about Crocs, you think the classic clog. But did you know there's also a canvas clog, a vegan suede clog, a coastal-inspired style, a style with studs, straps, and lots of sass?
Honestly, I could keep going with the surprises. You've got to see them for yourself because there is literally a style for every kind of girl. So do your thing and head to crocs.com or a store near you now.

Mike, we'll get to reactions because neither you nor I were on the post game yesterday. So there's a lot of instant reaction stuff that didn't happen last night. Appreciate Ceasar for holding it down by himself.
But can we just get out of the way Auburn won the football game? It wasn't pretty. And you and I were sitting, we always, when we're at the home games, we always sit right next to each other there in the press box. And we said before the game started, I really don't care how we get to the final outcome, as long as the final outcome is another notch in the win column for Auburn so that you can escape three and one during this stretch that, when we started the season, we said, you needed to at least be three and one in this portion. You want four and O, but you have to at least be three and one going into this portion. And Auburn did that. Can we start by saying, congratulations, you did it?
B Wil (3:58)
Yeah, we can, we can.
I was, Mike told me about this change, actually changed earlier in the week, Ike, because I think it was on our Wednesday show, you were the one who said to me that, hey, Auburn hasn't won a home SEC game since 2024 And I remember hearing you say that and being like, has it been two years since Auburn has won a home SEC game? That's crazy. It doesn't feel like that. But it was that overtime, that crazy overtime, versus taking the game, four OTs. I mean, I was there going from end zone to end zone, trying to get the winning touchdown shot. And it was, man, if you could have seen the photographers during that one, we were like, they got it. Run to the other side of the field. Crap, they got it. Run to the other side of the field. Now they're flipping it. That felt like Auburn won the Super Bowl.
It felt like Auburn won the Super Bowl. I don't know what it is with these Texas A&L wins and it feeling like Auburn winning the Super Bowl, but you remember the one with Latin.
Ike Jones (5:02)
They're coming on the tail end of crappy seasons.
B Wil (5:05)
Yes.
So I have to tell you, this was really kind of a win as a win. I tried to ask Golesh questions along that line. He said to me, well, you answered your own question. I'm like, no, but I didn't know.
