Auburn football has resources. Auburn has invested in its roster. Now the Tigers have to answer the question that matters most: Are they actually getting their money’s worth? That question goes far beyond how much Auburn spent building this team.

Jägermeister knows that there's people who watch the game and people who know the game. Knowers know rivalries aren't heated. They're ice cold.

They know rankings change. Traditions don't. And they know that when you drink Jägermeister on game day, you drink it ice cold. Otherwise, you just don't know the game.

So drink it ice cold or don't drink it at all. Jägermeister, damn that's cold. Drink responsibly. Jägermeister liqueur, 35% alcohol by volume. Imported by Mass Jägermeister US.

SPEAKER_7 (3:21)

So he runs better because he sees the gaps and he finds the whole, he's got a better feel for it. He's more patient.

SPEAKER_8 (3:27)

Right.

SPEAKER_7 (3:27)

Lending his blocks to develop in front of him. You know what I mean? That's not real. That's mental. That's not really about what he's physically capable of. And it looks better.

So you get, you move to that guy. Hey man, you're a bruiser, but if you just gonna run straight into a defender until we hand you the ball.

Ike Jones (3:47)

Right. Because the opportunities are there. We just need somebody like, you know, you, and again, we can apply this over and over again to a lot of different spaces of like, okay, this offensive lineman may be undersized, but he ain't missing no blocking assignments.

He ain't getting pushed around.

SPEAKER_7 (4:04)

That's right.

Ike Jones (4:04)

This wide receiver may not have the same top end speed, but he's gonna find the gaps in the zone and he's gonna be where he's supposed to be.

SPEAKER_7 (4:11)

And if it's his hands, he's catching it. Yes, that's right.

Ike Jones (4:15)

Yeah, it is.

Something has to change and somebody has to make a decision that is, I can't coach this any better. Maybe I need to get somebody else in here who's gonna do the job better.

SPEAKER_7 (4:29)

Yeah, I can't help but think that if, I think you mentioned his name earlier. So I just wanna make sure that we're talking about the right guys. But is this a Warsaw thing? Is an Andrew Warsaw thing?

Ike Jones (4:44)

I think that's a fair question. I think it's a fair question.

SPEAKER_7 (4:47)

Is he the guy primarily responsible for the construction of his roster?

Ike Jones (4:51)

Right, did he miss evaluate some guys in the transfer portal or was he just doing what, hey, it's really goalish show. I'm just the guy rubber stand. I don't know the answer to that. I don't know who ultimately said, hey, this looks like a really good roster and then subsequently said, and this is how much this is worth for us. And whoever made those decisions right now, it ain't looking so good.
