It was a bad performance all around for the most part. The offense scored to keep it close, but throughout this game, Florida was just simply in control. Even in moments when Auburn was able to tie the game in the second quarter before Florida got the ball and was able to kick a field goal to go up three points at the half, you just feel like Florida was still very much in control of this game. And largely in part to the fact that Auburn just could not stop Florida. Outside of the Jaden Barr ricochet off of his chest that landed into the arms of an Auburn defender, Auburn only forced Florida to punt once in this game. Florida pretty much was able to get what they wanted. And this was perhaps one of the, I wouldn't say one of, this was the worst performance by DJ Durkin defense since he's been here at Auburn. Auburn just never really had a chance given the way they performed. Auburn gave up and this is a, one of the things that DJ Durkin has become known for is stopping the run. Well, how did Auburn do with that? 243 yards surrender total on 53 carries leading to an average of 4.6 yards. Jaden Baw, the leading rusher, 26 carries for 162 yards, three touchdowns. He looked like a superstar tonight. He looked absolutely incredible and at many points, he didn't even get touched. Auburn looked out of place at times.
