We've tried some new things on The Brian Buffini Show this year. I'm Ethan Butte, Chief Ambassador here at Buffini, and my participation on the show is one of those things. Of course, we've heard from many of you about what you need, want, and love most from Brian on the podcast. So here's where we've landed. Our episodes open with Brian teaching, mindset, motivation, and methodology straight from him. And then he and I go into a deeper conversation about it. Some weeks, we'll revisit fan favorite episodes and even past events. And Brian will share with us the stories behind them. Once a month, he'll interview an insightful person from his vast network. Quotes, classics, backstories, big guests. Brian's bringing all of it. So if you've not checked out The Brian Buffini Show lately, be sure to check it out on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, or thebryanbuffinishow.com.

So in today's Blueprint, I'm going to cover the future of coaching.

Many people come to me for advice on real estate.

I perfected a process in real estate of working by referral, a methodology of taking care of customers, and that's what I've been teaching people for decades. But when it comes to the coaching business, that's the business I'm in. You put know-how together with technology, that's you can get some real innovation. And so, so many times people, when it comes to innovation, they fall in love with the technology for the sake of it. AI is brilliant. It's a brilliant series of tools, resource, production. I mean, it's changing the whole world. But AI is only as good as the information that it draws from. At the end of the day, the database that AI is drawing from is where it's pulling information. That's why even in its early stages right now, sometimes you get a strange response from AI. Have you ever had that happen? It's like, well, what is that? I'm not a lizard. And so it's like, hang on. Well, imagine you've been in one particular industry for 30 years.

So for example, Buffini & Company has done one and a half million coaching hours, which is three million coaching sessions. Imagine you had all the information that else, not the personal stuff, but the structural functionality of what those coaching calls were, and you put that in a database. But what if you took hundreds and hundreds of hours of training programs that have been developed over 30 years and then put those into an AI? What if you took 2,500 seminars, personal growth and development, goal setting, time management, money management, how to push through barriers, how to get over emotional hangups and shortcomings, and you took 2,500 of those events and you put that into AI? What if you took 750 podcasts and put that in the AI? What if you took everything you had ever done for 30 years that was content-driven, including floor-to-ceiling walls full of terabytes of content and video that I produced, and put it all into this Ask Buffini?

Well, now you start putting really, really good people who are really good clients, who are really smart folks, utilizing this Ask Buffini, and you find out what they want more of and what they want more of and what they need help of, and you do that for months and months and months and months and months, and eventually end up with what we have now, Ask Buffini.

Absolutely sensational. Basically, a coach 24-7, a coach and a personal assistant. It's insane. This started out as a small project, bolted on to a new CRM with BoldTrail. It has now blocked out the sun and taken over. It is now every part of everything we're doing.

From how we train, how we coach, how we serve, how our customers are going to send referrals to one another, how they're going to reach out to one another, how they're going to connect to one another. The best analogy I'd give you is when Peloton came on the market, there were millions of exercise bikes. An exercise bike could become passe, boring, who wants it?

Peloton came along and they put a screen on it. Okay, that's fun. Okay, I had a Nordic track that used to let me, like I was going up to the Alps and stuff like that. Okay, fine. But what Peloton did that was revolutionary is they put coaching in it, and they put community in it. And that's what we've done with AI. We've put our coaching into this, and we've put our community into this. So our members, because this will only be available to people who are clients of ours, this won't be open to the public.
