Antman gets Knicks fans hype. Wow, how times have changed. In the past, a few years ago, no stars would openly speak about The Knicks, and now everything has changed. Multiple stars, even superstar names, have spoken openly and favorably about The Knicks. We had Giannis Atenta-Cumpo do it, LeBron James do it, and now, Anthony Edwards is doing it.

Shoutout to theheavy.com for giving us this following information. On his YouTube channel, Anthony Edwards revealed the NBA arenas and crowds he loved playing in. Among them are the New York Knicks, Madison Square Garden and their fans, and the TD Garden of the Boston Celtics.

According to Antman exactly, Madison Square Garden, TD Garden, New York, Boston, Philly, and Atlanta at home. But it's hard to play in MSG.

Great place. It's hard to play there, though. You got to be ready for the fans. Boston is the same way New York is. Like, fans talk crazy. Philly too.

I don't know if anybody caught that, but Anthony Edwards loves the arena and the crowds in New York. More specifically, the crowds at MSG and that arena.

I cannot tell you how good it feels to hear another superstar in this league talk about the Knicks, talk about them so favorably, about the fans, the arena. And every time I hear that, it always gets me thinking.

What happens in a few years when this Knicks team looks different, Anthony Edwards feels different about the Timberwolves, and maybe, just maybe, he wants to look for a different place to play. And if that's the case, would he consider New York? By the sounds of it, I think he would consider New York. And it's because of those comments, Knick fans are so hype. It's not like we want to destroy the team we have right now. That's not it. Don't get me wrong there. New York already has a very good team for this upcoming season. They have a chance to go back to back with this current roster. They have the best starting five in the Eastern Conference. They have team chemistry. They have everything you need to win another championship. But if I would ask a poll, and maybe I'll do this soon, which fans want Anthony Edwards in a New York Knicks uniform before he retires? I'm pretty sure the poll on that would be a very high yes for Anthony Edwards. He's the up-and-coming star in the NBA.

He's one of those players you will be speaking about for years to come. So why wouldn't fans want him a part of the Knicks? Of course, they would want that. Maybe not right now, because in order to get Antman, you'd have to gut the team, and Leon Rose isn't doing that. But who's to say? Reagency one year, maybe he's unhappy and seeks a trade. Either way, there are only so many times you can lose with a team before you want to be moved. And maybe Anthony Edwards is gearing up toward that. You gotta remember, they got La Mello Ball to play with Anthony Edwards. They made a lot of upgrades to the Timberwolves. One of the main reasons they did that was to keep Antman happy, because they know if he's not happy, he's gonna tell everybody he's not happy, probably lower his trade value in the process, and then he's gonna have to go to another team. Now, maybe the Knicks can't think about that right now, but I'm telling you, when the time comes, and Edwards is looking for another team, I think New York will be at the top of his list. He already loves the crowds, loves the arena, I'm sure he would love to win with the Knicks too, and if the opportunity is there, I believe New York will take it. There aren't that many instances in the Knicks history where stars, superstars, speak openly and favorably about the Knicks, but times are changing. Not only because the Knicks are a better team, not only because they're the reigning defending NBA champions, not only because the culture has shifted, but it's also because players have eyes, and they see opportunity. Even when the Knicks are losing, you still have endorsement opportunities in New York, and when they're winning, those opportunities only increase, and that's exactly why I believe this team is in the right hands for years to come. New York is not only thinking about this season, next season, or the season after that. They're looking at the entire pitcher, and when you do that, certain moves that you thought were impossible, sometimes, they become possible.
