Welcome back to the Sandridge Park Road Superstore out here. We're at Harvey Norman's Superstore in Bunbury.
Myself, Scotty Cummings and Alan Crane. Of course, we've got the big game coming up tomorrow. North Melbourne versus Fremantle at Hands Oval. And of course, Hands Oval is the home of the South Bunbury Football Club, which meant they've had to make a few adjustments to allow this all to happen. Their general manager, Andrew Roberts, joins us on the line now. Andrew, welcome.

**Andrew Roberts** (1:48)
G'day, Duff. How are you going, mate?

**Mark Duffield** (1:50)
I'm very well, thank you, mate. So where have your boys been training?

**Andrew Roberts** (1:55)
Because of the door up this game. We're like the Leyland brothers, mate.
We train anywhere, we travel anywhere, like we did last year. It was a bit of an adjustment. I'm actually just standing out here over the oval, just looking at the North Melbourne players engaging with all the fans and everything like that for their captain's run. So all the media here. But yeah, it's been a challenge, but it's just, it is part of the landscape. And of course, as a South Bunbury football club, we actually embrace the AFL concept. It's great. It's great for the city.

**Scotty Cummings** (2:23)
Andrew, it's Scotty here. So that's the most important part, isn't it? You could open carry on and that will fill it through your playing group and your coaching staff, or you can embrace what's happening in your town and get behind it and just deal with it better than the opposition, hopefully.

**Andrew Roberts** (2:41)
Yeah, I think so. And like, there hasn't been, not that I know, there's been no opposition to it at all. I mean, the city of Bunbury has embraced the event.
As a football club, yes, we have to make some adjustments. And there are a few things that happen, obviously, like, you know, I mean, we're off the Ogle for three weeks. That's a part of the policy that the city and the AFL work with. And, you know, we've just tried to adjust where we can. I mean, everybody says, oh, it's all right, you won a premiership last year, but it is about the unity thing at the club as well. And that does get affected somewhat. But I mean, it's about resilience and it's about sort of strength. And we've got a very good operations unit here at South Bunbury. So, you know, we all sort of group in together and get everything done as best as we possibly can. And then next week, we go back to normal and start training on our Able again. It'll be like it was never here.

**Scotty Cummings** (3:27)
So get on with business.

**Mark Duffield** (3:29)
Set the scene for us at the moment, Andrew. North Melbourne are there engaging with the fans. How many people are there?

**Andrew Roberts** (3:33)
Yeah, no, it's quite strong. There's probably a couple of thousand people here. And they're just obviously the fans of North and obviously North of this second year of the three year deal here. So obviously, embrace the fans quite well. And there's a few media interviews happening as well with obviously Marco down there, he's having a chat with the media, but it's all part of it.
It's a great concept. And then we, as the club as well, I mean, we host Fremantle for lunch here in a couple of hours. So they come to their captains run at 12 And then we're actually looking after them and they've actually embraced our club locally. They've done a great job for you. They've been fantastic to work with through their operations people, their media people, their events people. And, you know, the first thing they say, well, we're going to help the local club out. So, you know, can we get you guys to cater for lunch for us on the Friday and Saturday? So it was an absolute privilege. So we'll have all the doctors inside the club here at about one o'clock eating some grub and, you know, saying good day to a few of the club people at work here.
