But I did want to address one thing really quick back from episode 915 So that was a Forging Table episode. And so kind of a long story short, we were not monetized by YouTube for a very, very long time. And then all of a sudden we got monetized, but then all of a sudden every single episode we've ever done couldn't be monetized because of the intro outro music being owned by someone that we didn't get permission from for this, that, the other thing, blah, blah, blah. And so I worked with Brooke Reeves over with Impending Doom about using his song Christ as King. Took a while to get that going, so we got with Void Awakened, and then we made that our new intro outro music and then got stuff squared away with Impending Doom. And we were going to use Christ as King to be the official intro outro music of the Forging Table, which is what I said at the beginning of episode 915 But wouldn't you know it, we uploaded episodes to YouTube, and even though Christ as King is completely owned by Impending Doom, they struck it with a copyright strike. And I was talking with Brooke, who's the lead singer of all this, of Impending Doom, and he was like, look dude, he has posted stuff on his YouTube channel, like his Impending Doom YouTube channel, and they've given it a copyright strike. It's an Impending Doom song that they wrote for their channel, and then it gives them a strike. And then if you've ever tried to work with Google or anyone like that on the YouTube side, it's like impossible. You can never get with a human being, and of course, you get an email through this way, and you can't get it the other way. So obviously in that episode, it was Void Awaken intro outro, but I said it was Christ is King. So moving forward, it's gonna be Void Awaken, the song Conqueror, and so that's gonna be the intro outro music, so hopefully you guys are okay with that. But let's go and get into our questions again. If you wanna submit a question, just shoot me a DM. And so for the Joe B. Martin stuff, for the Ask a Pastor stuff, that's gotta be just for our monthly donors. And guys are like, you didn't ask my question that I sent you two days ago. It's like, well, do you know how many questions are in front of yours? So anyway, we just love getting questions from you guys, love to answer them. So here's the first question here. And with all these, I forgot to write the person's name down. So it's just the way the cookie crumbled. But hopefully you remember the question you asked me. So here we go. First question, how should a man deal with disrespect from a woman that we're in a relationship with? So I thought this was a really, really good question because I think every single man, at basically every point of life, has been in a relationship of some kind with a woman that was disrespectful. It may have been with your mother, may have been with a sister or an aunt or your grandmother or something like that as you were developing and growing up. And then perhaps with a girl that was your friend, and then maybe a girlfriend, and then with a fiance, and then with a wife. I think a lot of men are used to being shown disrespect from their women. And so the thing is, honestly, you can't control other people. So that's the least fun part of my answer is you can't control other people, you can only control yourself. And so specifically, I'm assuming this man is married, I'm assuming he's talking about it in the context of a marriage. And so I'm gonna approach the question in that way and try to give some help to the guys, but I mainly wanna give help to the ladies, but we'll do that in just a second. So for the man, there's a lot of scriptures that apply directly to you, and there's a lot of scriptures that apply directly to her. So Colossians 3.19, this is for the husbands. Husbands love your wives and do not be harsh with them, okay? That's one that I have to repeat over and over for myself just because of my personality. 1 Peter 3.7, likewise, husbands live with your wives in an understanding way, showing honor to the woman as the weaker vessel, since they are heirs with you of the grace of life so that your prayers may not be hindered. 1 Corinthians 13, the love chapter, 4-7, love is patient and kind. Love does not envy or boast. It is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way. It is not irritable or resentful. It does not rejoice in wrongdoing but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things. Then I won't read the entirety of this, but Ephesians 5, guys, 25-33, that's for you.
