Hey Meta, tell me what kind of dessert this is. That's a Stroopwafel, a Dutch waffle with spiced syrup in the middle. Is it sweet? Yes, perfect for a snack or dessert.

Hello, everyone. We are here to preview the upcoming French Open Men's Singles Final between Alexander Zverev and Flavio Cobolli.
An unlikely final in many respects, Brenna, but I would just posit one thing. Actually, despite the chaos of this French Open, once the draw was made, I suggest that there was probably only one or two losses necessary for this final to manifest itself. I saw Flavio Cobolli's draw. It was nice. I didn't like his first-round opponent, Pellegrino, but that aside, I thought he's probably making the semis all being well. And same for Zverev. I thought he was probably going to make the semis as well, and maybe even beyond, given the absence of Carlos Alcaraz pre-draw.
What are your thoughts on this final and their paths there?
**Brenna** (3:18)
Yeah, I would say I'm similar to you in terms of the draw opening up for them. And at least from the outside looking in, it isn't as unlikely as maybe some may seem. But I was probably circling that sort of, let's say, Franca Rundelow versus Cobolli round of 16 type of match. Okay. So Rundelow went down to Shvita in a big upset, so I thought that would have been a little bit more of a testy match.
And where there's Zverev, it's hard for me. I did think Caspar Rude would make it to that semi-final, and that would have posed a different sort of challenge.
**John Silk** (4:05)
Yeah.
**Brenna** (4:05)
Dementic, but I did have at least one Italian in my final, but it was not Flavio Cobolli, so.
**John Silk** (4:14)
No, of course. I mean, I get that. And we were kind of all waiting for the sinner colonization, but once the Djokovic absence as well, or him going out to Fonseca, added to it. But to be honest with you, the whole thing until today and until the final, flipped in many ways with the minute sinner retires, ill, cramps, whatever. It doesn't retire, sorry, but he completes the match. But obviously, the whole tournament flipped in a way in that moment.
And yet, me personally, in my draw, I did have Zverev getting to the semis and I did have Cobolli as well. I think I might even have had Zverev getting to the final over Djokovic. I had one or two doubts about Casper, partly because I thought his draw was tough after Safiullin, and that did kind of manifest itself. But anyway, this is the final that we have. And let's have a quick look at Zverev's path.
