Isaac, does Auburn have a bonafide number one receiver or are they still searching for one in fall camp?
**Ike Jones** (2:33)
I guess we'll find out soon.
**Mike G** (2:35)
Mm, let's go.
Welcome on in to The Auburn Express Power by The War Rapport. I'm Mike G. I'm here with Ike Jones, co-show host here at The War Rapport and Auburn Express TV on today's show. We're talking wide receiver. Is there a surprise at wide receiver? And does Auburn have a bonafide number one coming out of fall camp? Guys, don't forget to like and subscribe to the channel. Your likes and subscribes help keep us the number one source of Auburn football content anywhere. We'll start at the top. Isaac, we are so close to that first. Well, I'm going to call it fall because it's not just technically still summer, but that first fall camp presser. As we're recording this, we're about 24 hours away from Alex Golesh taking the podium to talk to Auburn fans about where his team stands headed into fall camp. There are going to be a lot of questions about offense. I feel like there weren't a ton of questions at media days about receivers, but I have questions about receiver. I know you probably have some questions about receiver.
I want to begin the conversation talking about who's number one in that room, flat out. When Cam Coleman got here, it was the first time in a long time where there was just no discussion. This kid is massively talented. He's going to play game one, day one. And he came in with Keandre Lambert-Smith.
Somehow, Keandre was almost a thousand-yard receiver and still underutilized. But the potential for what those guys could have done together in a more functional system was enormous. Now, you've got guys like Keyshawn Singleton, you've got Bryce Cain, who is the holdover, you got Chas Nimrod, who we heard a lot about from staff members, being a potential breakout guy. Who's the number one in that room? Before we started recording, you watched the film and said, hey, Golesh runs a lot of 11 personnel in 11, who stands out?
**Ike Jones** (4:47)
Yeah, I mean, honestly, they are a team that, looking at the film, they like to spread it around. But every quarterback's got to have a guy that they just kind of, when it all breaks down, we're going to number whatever it is, right?
