Welcome back to Ringer Tailgate, the Wednesday edition of the show. I'm your host Tate Frazier and we got a lot of college football to get to, but first and foremost, let's say what's up to our guys. Ebony Power 100, you know him very well. Van Lathan, what's up, Van?

Van Lathan (1:23)

What's up, Ray?

Joel D. Anderson (1:24)

Ebony Power 100

Van Lathan (1:26)

Hey, let me tell you something. I'm looking at this rundown and this is the rundown from the show on Saturday. I don't see a new rundown, so you lied. You lied to me.

You're trying to sabotage me.

Joel D. Anderson (1:38)

No, I don't know what you're talking about.

Van Lathan (1:40)

Well, he didn't, he didn't, he told me that the rundown was the same one. I'm looking at it right now. It says, this says, Super Camario found his kryptonite kids out of him.

SPEAKER_4 (1:49)

Should we, should we just do that show again?

Tate Frazier (1:51)

You know?

Van Lathan (1:52)

We just do that whole show because that was a good show. People really loved that show. We can just run it back. Okay.

Tate Frazier (1:57)

Frias or Billy, we'll get you the doc. We'll get you updated. While we're figuring that out, Joel Anderson in the UCLA Bruins rowing shirt. What's up, Joel?

Joel D. Anderson (2:06)

What's up, guys?

I'm not as subdued as I was on Saturday. I'm still trying to get back, though, to where I was before, but I'm ready to get out. Shout out Van, man, in the Power 100 He was telling us about how the Midnight Boys have taken off. Things are really going on here. Then he came to our podcast and said, hey, Tate, where's the prep document?

Van Lathan (2:30)

Yeah.

Joel D. Anderson (2:31)

So, yeah. Just kind of, yeah.

Van Lathan (2:33)

Well, those other two pods, I would have had the prep document before.

Joel D. Anderson (2:36)

So, things are taking off. I don't have a good job, you know? Tate, please. It's not Tate's fault.

Van Lathan (2:42)

Tate, it's not Tate's fault. It's in the text, but I don't have my computer hooked up to my text anymore. I was just asking Tate, these are the things that we do, Joel. Why are you doing this?

Tate Frazier (2:52)

Joel, I sent him an email with the doc. You got the email. It's on the way.

Van Lathan (2:55)

Thank you very much, Tate. Thank you in real time.

Joel D. Anderson (2:58)

Why did you uncouple your phone from your computer? People only uncouple that when something happened.

Van Lathan (3:06)

No, no, no, no, no, no, no. There was, it was a whole thing.

Tate Frazier (3:10)

Joel, you're instigating right now.

Van Lathan (3:12)

That's okay. Totally okay. It was a whole thing about hacking and having your computer out at work and open and all of this stuff that I saw, there should only be one or two things that have all of your shit connected to it. And my iPad has it and my phone has it. So I don't need it on the computer. It's a whole thing.

Tate Frazier (3:31)

Three's too many. Three's too many.

Van Lathan (3:34)

Three's the.

Joel D. Anderson (3:35)

Did you take some sort of HR training module? Because I have one of those in my inbox that I need to take. Did you cover that?

Van Lathan (3:42)

I just took one of those. Well, I don't need to take it.

Tate Frazier (3:43)

It was an hour of time I will regret in the future.

Van Lathan (3:46)

I don't need to take an HR training module because I'm a contractor. So no one, HR cannot tell me what that is for you, employee. I am a contractor.
