Now, new focus on wealth, new focus on wealth, get a new focus on personal finance, wealth management, Wall Street, and the economy.

Now, Rob Black, thanks for listening to the show. It was once again a rebound day on Wall Street, which is kind of interesting. Last week, things got pretty ugly, and then it turned into a buy of the debt. Now, we're talking pretty ugly. We're talking about 2% from all time highs, but the Nasdaq was down about 4.5% last week.

So, was it oversold? I don't think it oversold. I think the market's doing a great job of saying, okay, we don't like this company because of debt issues, or we don't like this company because they're not growing their revenue fast enough to support their cash flow, to support their debt. I like markets being a little jumbled at times. Today, I noticed Amazon was up 12 Buckaroo is up 5%. I'll tell you why in a second, three and four. It's one of my favorite stocks for the next 12 to 18 months. Microsoft was up fractions. Nvidia was up 1.3% today. Back to $217, up almost three, but it got hit pretty good last week, falling from its all-time high. Apple put in some work to go sideways today. Sideways not always down, but it was in the green when the markets were a little more nervous. But as the day got a little bit more optimistic, Apple slipped back. SanDisk was up 5% today, up 71 bucks to $1371. Micron was up 3%, up $26 to $904. Qualcomm was up about eight-tenths of a percent. Google, so semiconductors, social media, ad search. You know, you see a little profit taking in meta, but that makes sense.

Not the greatest day, but certainly a day that we kind of took back the narrative a little bit heading into earning season, meta reports on Wednesday. I'm going to go over some of the important AI companies and Tesla reports this week, SpaceX reports this week. The bigger tech companies after that really report next week. So metas kind of pulled forward. They want to be the first to get good news out or the first to get bad news out. Stock market finished day session with a mix showing an early rebound in semiconductor and mega cap stocks lost considerable momentum as the day went into the afternoon.

The S&P 500 was up four tenths of a percent, the NASDAQ up 1.1% held on to their gains. The S&P 500 also failed to hold an early move above its 50-day moving average, which was at 77.05. There was not a lot of volatility on the stock market today, which kind of had a buzz kill last week, especially on Friday as things built to a crescendo.

Philadelphia Semiconductor Index surged as much as 3.7% after falling 11.4% last week. Semiconductors took it on the chin last week. That's the worst weekly performance since April of 2025 The rebound faded considerably as the session progressed, leaving the index with a 1.6% gain and underscoring the lingering uncertainty around the group.

I already told you Micron and Sandisk were big winners today, but Intel was as well up 2.4%. They enjoyed an upgrade to neutral from Android. How would you feel if your spellers were to say, yeah, I think you're kind of neutral. You used to say I was hot. You used to say I was sexy. You used to say I was fine, but now you're neutral? It's not good to be Intel, but they're neutral. CoreWeave was showing you how fragile the sentiment was today. At one point in time, up 5%, 6%, 7%. And then it ended up down 1.5% of 1%.

I think CoreWeave, Irene, and Nebius could be very attractive trades ideas, but I could be in that trade for less than 10 minutes if it turned out the way I wanted it to. I could be in it for as many as 10 weeks, but I ain't staying in a trade long in that.

Which reminds me, try not to let your friends and family mooch off of you for too long in life, because once they do, one week becomes two, two becomes four, four becomes... You're never seeing your money back. That's terrible.
