If you know, you know. Well, we grew from the 916 area code, this is gonna be a very rough NBA finals, but we're gonna stick through, we're gonna give you the concept that you guys want. We did a little bit of a hiatus, but we are back and we're ready to give you guys what you've been looking for.

Hey, man, I came to Shaun's trap today, by going on. I do wanna give a special shout out to little brother Frank Espinosa at his matchroom debut on Dizone. He won fourth round TKO.
We might have a pro boxer on the show pretty soon. Just saying, I don't know. That's what the streets might be saying. That might be in the works, but I wanna give a quick shout out to brother Frank.

Shout out to brother Frank. You know, Totty, I think that means it's a victory Monday.
Hey, let's go. Shout out to Mako and shout out to Frank as well. I saw him in downtown Sacramento like three, four months ago, and I just said, what's up? And I was like, keep doing what you're doing because he's out there killing. I saw clips on Instagram that his opponent like didn't even come back out for the fifth round.
And so like, you know, he was just putting it on him. And so shout out to Frank. We're all proud of him. And he just gotta keep on going and putting on for Totty and his family, but also for the city of Sacramento. So we appreciate him for doing that. And we're proud of him. As we're back for another episode, episode number 191 of Stats Over Politics, Shaun and Von here with Kevin. And so let's not waste any more time guys. Let's get right into it. As the major news of the day is that the Cleveland Browns traded Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams. You got two San Francisco 49ers fans sitting here. And so we obviously aren't happy.
I think I can speak for Kevin. And even in Oregon right now, that Eagles fan is not happy at all because you got to get through the Rams to get to the bowl. And so ultimately this isn't a good day for Stats Over Politics as Myles Garrett ends up getting traded to the Rams from the Browns. An era comes to an end. And so before we get Kevin's reaction to it, I just wanted to briefly mention the compensation because if you play Madden and you tried to make this trade on Madden, Madden even said, you know, that's not enough. I don't think we can make the deal. But apparently for the Cleveland Browns, they felt like it was enough as Myles Garrett was traded to the Rams for Jared verse, who was the defensive rookie of the year. So no slight to him, a 2027 first round pick, a 2028 second round pick, and a 2029 third round pick. Ultimately, that's the package that Myles Garrett is traded for, which is hard for me to believe. Kevin, what was your reaction to this news?

**Kevin Dent** (3:55)
A lot of people are dogging this package. And I think the Cleveland Browns are banking on Jared verse being really, really good because he's the equivalent of a first round pick. Like Shaun mentioned, defense rookie of the year, he's had a huge impact on this defense.
So he was one of those picks that they did not say, fuck those picks. They wanted to use that pick and draft a guy. And just to pour into Jared verse in his first year, they went to NSC Championship. And then two first two years, they were a game away from the Super Bowl. So it's really hard to say he didn't have an impact on that defense. But then on the other side of the coin, no one's Myles Garrett. So unless you're trading the whole kitchen sink, everyone's going to think it's not fair, because it's Myles Garrett. The guy who just signed the highest defensive pay, he was just the highest paid player in the NFL. Then he broke the sack record, and then he's traded, not even a full year later. 125.5 sacks in his career as the franchise leader, 23 multi sack games franchise leader, all time NFL single season sack leader, like I mentioned. Second most in, second most sacks in first nine games of his career since 1982 Five time All-Pro and two time defensive player of the year. We've seen this before when the Rams look up and they say, fuck them picks.
