Hi, this is Pastor Jim Scudder. And today on InGrace, we are going to remember those that perished on 9-11. We have the amazing story of an American hero, and we're going to tell you his story exclusively. He gave us the access to go with him on the day of 9-11 in New York City. He was actually a accountant in Connecticut, but he is a Marine and had a Marine uniform and got a Marine haircut and went to church to pray and then rushed down into Ground Zero. We played that for you last time, and if you want to hear that, I encourage you to get the video series A Heaven Sent Rescue. You're going to hear part two of that today, but I think you want to see and hear both parts as we filmed at Ground Zero in the beautiful 9-11 Memorial. The best thing about this hero, Dave Karnes, is he is a believer in Jesus, and he wants to use this story to spread the gospel. And so today, as we take you to the World Trade Center, he's gonna tell us about how he was able to find two survivors. Very few were found in the rubble, and he found the two Port Authority police officers. He's able to somehow get a call through to his wife and find a fireman that came to his rescue. We actually got to talk to this fireman who had not been back to Ground Zero until the day of this interview over 20 years later.

And so I believe today in our 9-11 Memorial InGrace episode, you're gonna be moved as we bring you the real life story of A Heaven Sent Rescue. Right before we get into that, I would like to tell you about a couple of things. Number one, InGrace is going to Israel in February. Many of you have expressed the desire to go to the Holy Land, and you want to know, is it expensive?

Where would we stay? Is it safe? I'll just tell you this. We make it very affordable, but you're gonna get a very high-end tour. We stay at really nice hotels, nicer hotels than I normally stay at. The buses are all brand new. We're gonna have this incredible experience with buffet breakfasts and dinners, and all of that's amazing. But we don't go for that. We go because you get to be in the middle of a modern miracle. You get to be around the people of Israel, and just the fact that they exist tells me that God is keeping his promise. And we get to go bless Israel in Israel. And on top of all that, we get to see incredible sites that will take you back to Bible times. The best sites are the places where Jesus actually walked, and we're going to take you and walk in those very places.

If you'd like to get more information about the InGrace Solidarity Tour to Israel, we're going to be going in February.
