It does look very nice. Do you, it's one of those places where I want it all to myself. Like I don't want other guests to be there, but it is simply too big. So like, I guess I'm just saying like, I wish this was just like a 2000 square foot, three bedroom home with, with the ground had all this vibe. And then I would, I guess I could live there. I will say, I will say getting picked up from the airport in a new Range Rover is, feels so much better than anything, anything else. And it's not, I mean, obviously-

And- Last time we were in town, it was a bit, bit rainy, but we had some moments of sun. So is it, it's more pool weather happening now?

Yeah, it's like prime time. To them, it's like, oh my gosh, it's absolutely scorching. But after being in Miami, literally feeling like I'm gonna pass out from walking 15 minutes, this is a joy.
