Morning, not good morning. It's not a good morning. If you play fantasy football, you already know if you're watching the show, you play fantasy football. And Sunday was an unmitigated disaster. Poor one out for De'Von Achane. We didn't know what to expect. Now we can expect absolutely nothing. How is this going to affect waivers? With all these injuries, waivers should be great, right? Right?

Right? Let's get into it.

What is up? Good morning. Welcome to Wiretap Club Fantasy's weekly waiver wire show. Ryan's in a bad mood this morning. Josh isn't. So at least one of us is.

Josh Hudson (1:01)

Really? Did you not watch last night's game?

Ryan Weiss (1:04)

That's a good point. I was just going to based on our pregame conversation.

Josh is in a bad mood for real football. Ryan's in a bad mood for fantasy football. This is going to be an interesting show, folks. I told you I was going to get mad this week, and I'm pretty damn mad. Ryan Weiss in the host seat, Josh Hudson with me as always. How you doing, friend?

Josh Hudson (1:21)

Well, I'd be better if the Eagles actually look like an offensive football team last night.

Ryan Weiss (1:24)

How are you going to lose that case key?

Josh Hudson (1:26)

I was about to say, and even like the good part of their team, which is their defense, look like dog shit. So, yeah, frustrating Monday night, to say the least. But you know what? We pick back up and go on to next week and prepare our fantasy teams because our real life teams suck.

Ryan Weiss (1:43)

So, yeah, I see the questions popping up. We appreciate everybody in the chat. We will answer every single question. If you never tune into an episode of Wiretap before we do a segment, we answer a lot of questions.

This show went 90 minutes last week and I did the math. I believe 30 minutes were actual prepared material and 60 minutes were us answering your questions, but we love it.

So this will be a long show. It always is. If you have not already, hit that like button, hit that subscribe button. This show specifically goes live every Tuesday morning where we break down top five waiver ads for the week from my article and then all of our ads that we like in big leagues and small leagues and all that stuff. And we even get into who to drop, which is one of the early segments in the show. And it's an important segment this week. If you happen to be listening to Apple or Spotify, hit that follow button. If you want to jump the line, this can be a busy show. If you can't ride with us the whole 90 minutes, you throw us a couple bucks in Super Chat. It is an option on our YouTube. We will let you jump the line and answer your question first. If you don't have time to make this show live and you want your question answered, first of all, Josh does a great job of answering questions after the show. But you can also jump into our Discord at me, at Josh, at any of the Club Fantasy people. Joel Worth always does a great job in there as well. I will be more than happy to help you. Who does a great job even though he wouldn't. I don't know if who considers himself a Club Fantasy person, but he is certainly the ambassador of our Discord. Shout out to Whov.

Josh Hudson (2:56)

Love Whov.

Ryan Weiss (2:57)

Yeah.

Josh Hudson (2:57)

We'll talk a little bit more about one of Whov's ride or dies here in a little bit. But who is great. Love him to death. Always brings a good topic of conversation.

Ryan Weiss (3:07)

Yeah, get in that Discord. You'll find the link in the description of this video. I'm sure Josh is dropping it in the chat right now. Let's kick this thing off with NFL News and Notes, which could just be called Who the Fuck is Injured. We start this thing off with De'Von Achane.

It was always going to be a rough season for the Dolphins. He tears his ACL. He's done for the year. It's heartbreaking. Speaking of tearing his ACL being done for the year, Brian Burns pour one out for Joe Zolo. A big Brian Burns staunch tore an ACL done for the season. Commanders have signed Austin Eckler. Your favorite fantasy analyst, is now playing running back in fantasy football yet again back on the commanders. Makai Bekden signed to the Packers. The Vikings have finally traded JJ McCarthy to the Giants for a fifth round pick.
