SPEAKER_1 (0:20)

Welcome to a new episode of Music without Prejudices, a podcast that has been created for the first time in the world. This is the Podcast Músicas sin prejuicios, a podcast created for those of you who have decided to get rid of musical taboos and embark on another musical journey that we do weekly, enjoying the news of the underground national panorama. And that said, I propose to start the 87th episode listening to The Wisper.

We have enjoyed the song Circles of Sun, played by the Barcelona trio The Wisper, who are one step ahead in their career with the edition of Find a Way In, an album with five new songs, which includes their first work, the EP Sirens, like Abundance Tracks, and which will be released on September 30th through Discos Macarras, Producciones Acaraperro, Nimaya Records. Now, let's continue with other news, and for that we look at the new work of the tri-asturian Green Desert Water, a full album of Stoner and the heavy rock of classic dints, in its third studio album, which is titled 80 Meadows, and which was released in Libertad just three months ago through the American label Small Stone Recordings. By the way, in the label's bank account, you have it all to enjoy and acquire. Now, I leave you with a song that I selected from this new work of Green Desert Water, which is called Good Couture, and I hope you enjoy it as it really deserves.

Today in the section, those wonderful bands focused on artists and national groups that left their memory in Bandcamp, we listen to Sinouj with his song Now A Party. A song included in his album World, and that were interviewed and sounded for the first time in the 60th edition of the previous radio fónica of this program, back in March 1st, 2015

Iovis Fernández (13:20)

Sin prejuicios. I've been listening to them for a long time now. This time, I bring you a new album, titled Rehabil. It has the peculiarity of having been recorded during the recovery process after a painful break. And operation in my left hand.

It's, therefore, a therapeutic album, at least for me it has been. And the subject we will listen to is called Atlántico Negro. It's inspired by Brazilian music.

I hope you enjoyed it, I send you a big hug to all of you and lots of kisses, bye. The cultural identity of the Afro-Caribbean, Afro-American peoples of the West coast of Africa and the Afro-British, as a cultural unit that goes beyond the borders of the States and nations. I hope you enjoyed it, I send you all a big hug and many kisses, bye!

SPEAKER_1 (19:12)

We have enjoyed the song Atlántico Negro, created by the multi-instrumental musician and Madrilenian composer, Iovis Fernández, who has sent us a greeting and presented the song to us. You can enjoy it at his bank. I recommend you to go there, because he has everything he has been releasing to date. And well, I already told you that you will be pleasantly surprised by the musical imaginary of our friend, great musician and best person, Iovis Fernández.

And now we are going to continue our musical journey through the national underground listening to the Asturian quartet Presa, who have released two songs that you can enjoy at their bandcamp, La Saeta and Siempre Más, which are two versions that have taken to their land. The first is a reconstruction of the John Donnells Serrat classic, and the second is a revisitation of an old theme that they had stored in the drawer and have recovered. A song loaded with anguished and discerning rock, as if they were some bad seeds, but in this case a marine village in northern Spain.

Manuel Mateos (24:01)

Hello, friends of Músicas sin prejuicios. Here Manuel Mateos with a new suggestion that this time comes from Andalusia. We are going to talk about a band formed by horse between Jerez and Malaga. They are Verbal Behavior, a quartet made up by veterans of the hardcore and straight-edge southern scene. Those who have fought and are part of bands such as Selfmade, Minority of One, Reo or Sun and Salt.

In April of 2026 they have released their LP debut titled What Matters, a disco half sung in English, half in Spanish. We are going to listen to the song that closes the part of songs sung in English, a declaration of intentions and a philosophy of life. A life where the reality as it is makes you stand up to war continuously. A beautiful and cruel life that you have to live without filters, pure and real, despite cruelty and pain. The punk and the hardcore as a way of being in the world. Let's listen to Verbal Behavior and its song As It Comes.
