I mean, they're just for context. I didn't attend the event, but I saw the poster. There was you on it. There was Steve Chia from the CNA Podcast on it. There was John Chua from The Daily Catch-Up. And who else was there?

No, I think I just like, wow, like the fact that, you know, five men got together and like showed the world how much, how much like leadership, you know, in the podcast space that you guys have together, right? I think that's a statement in itself.

I don't know. I don't know. I wasn't there. So, I only saw from the poster. That's all I know.

No, the reason why is because there was a post on LinkedIn about how kind of criticizing the organizers for organizing an all-male panel, but also saying it wasn't an attack on the panelists, because honestly, when we are invited to be panelists and all, yeah, I mean, I do, am curious who else is on the panel, but sometimes it's not told to us at the start. So, there was a bunch of discussion. The post got a good amount of traction on LinkedIn and one of the guests offered to have his female teammate replace him.

Obviously, it couldn't be you, because I'm the only other podcaster.

Can you imagine if I did replace, then one minority gone also.

**Terence** (3:23)
But I'm an ally of the feminist movement.

**Haresh** (3:25)
Please, I'm not doubting it, but if you're basing it just on your past one, two minutes, that was performative.

That's the unfortunate thing, right? I could be the greatest ally for any movement out there, feminist movement, but people look at me as your man. That's it, nothing else.

Yah Lah. So, I mean, we internally, we in our team also were debating like, for someone to make that post, call it out, could it have been done better? Because yeah, it was a public post. I don't think they reached out to the organizers. They just posted on LinkedIn, and there was a lot of support for that post.
And then the day before the panel was changed, I mean, if we were organizing it, I would like to think that we would also try to make sure that there's a good representation of different voices. But in this case, I was attending as a panelist, but yeah, just a reminder that these kind of things can, are important, but also how you correct what you think is wrong is also important.
