Welcome to a new episode of Music without Prejudices, a podcast that has been created for the.
And you shut up about it, because it's a podcast about the. The show has been created for those of you who have decided to get rid of musical taboos and embark on another musical journey that we do weekly, enjoying the news of the national subterranean panorama. And with that said, I propose to start the 84th episode and last of this season listening to Afro Cuban Combo Sedajazz.
Well, we have enjoyed the song. The first one is called Afro Cuban Combo Sedajazz, a project that ended in this recording, which is a compendium of the work developed by Alexey León, Cuban saxophonist and composer, who has been living in Sedaví, Valencia, for 10 years. Instead of the Sedajazz headquarters, which is an independent musicians' collective that performs all kinds of activities around the jazz diffusion since 1991, and which obviously includes the record label. This recording came out with this label and it brings together the work carried out by Alexey León from the year 2022 to the year 2024 in his Afro-Cuban Combo workshop, and can be enjoyed at the Sedajazz Bandcamp. Although we have heard a version created by the maestro Frank Emilio Flynn, in this work you can also listen to compositions of Alexey himself. Now we are going to continue with this jazz line and with more news, and for this we look at the new work of the co-worker of Barcelona Manuel Álvarez, who at the end of the year launched his last discography work called What We Are Here For and in which he explores his most personal facet through the standards that have marked his training and his way of understanding jazz. Standards that mark the repertoire, the arrangements and the approach in trio format in this album, with a clear look at tradition and groove. As a sample, I leave you with the song Never Let Go, performed by Manuel Álvarez Trio, so that you can enjoy it as it really deserves.

Today in the section, those wonderful bands, focused on artists and national groups, that are no longer active but left their memory in Bandcamp, we listen to, Last Fair Deal, with its song, Nobody, a song included in its 11th album, from 2014, and that were interviewed and played for the first time in the 57th edition, of the previous radiophonic stage of this program, back in the 9th of February 2015
**Marco Mutante** (14:41)
Very good friends of Músicas Sin Prejuicios, I'm Marco Mutante, and today I come to recommend a quartet by Girona, they are the Holy Sinners. A rock and roll group with influences of Rockabilly, of Neo, of Psycho, of Caraje, also of Punk Rock, that have, well, also, well, the friolera of more than a decade of musical journey, with a few recordings in smooth, of which we are going to listen to a single, a single not physically edited, only for digital platforms, and hung in the past 2025
Its title is Can You Feel It? and it sounds like.

We have enjoyed the song Riders of the Night, from the surprising triobigues Salomon Grass. Well, they are already known, because we have played them a couple of times more. And nothing, I must say that Riders of the Night is a singer who was released in February of this year, that you can find in the band's Bandcamp, and that will be part of his new album, which you can also find in video format, this song, in his channel of Tontube, in the channel of Tontube of Salomon Grass. And now we are going to continue our musical journey on the national ground, traveling to Alicantean lands, because from there are Tozudo, a duo of Post Sluts, with heavy shit and show gaze tints, who explores the weight of the conscience between progressive metal, the melodic atmosphere and the 90s grunge music. He is composed by J. Apuche and Luis Mats. And recently they have published his second studio album, an EP entitled El Enjambre, his first release as a duet, an EP where the rhythmic force, emotional tension and the hypnotic atmosphere coexist in songs full of visceral rock and psychological for times of noise. That said, I leave you with one of the cuts that include Tozudo in El Enjambre. It's called Trinity and it sounds like this.
We will say goodbye to it until September. But I don't want to close it without thanking you for having embarked with us in our musical journey during these two seasons that we have. We are doing it more and more weekly, enjoying with you and with you the news of the National Panorama Subterranean. In addition to this podcast format, it becomes a radio program for being broadcast in the seedy sea of the Serbian waves from two free radios. One of them, we like to say it and repeat it because it is a way to be grateful, is Onda Polígono in Toledo, which is broadcast every Monday at 10 o'clock at night and the other is Radio Al Maina in Granada, which is broadcast every Tuesday at 11 o'clock at night.
