Well, there's overpopulation. It's not that I don't like neighbors. There's a very clear overpopulation problem. Like I told you I went to Yellowstone a couple weeks ago. And one of the things that I got out of that, about being in Montana and Wyoming, is that you feel more at peace when you look at it in nature and there's less people.

It's more relaxing.
