Happy Monday. Welcome back to What's The Sip? Podcast, a podcast by friends for friends. I feel like I say this every week, but I'm super excited for today's episode. But I'm really excited because we're running it back with Carly.

**Carly** (0:19)
We're running it back, guys.

**Josh Harmon** (0:21)
We can't wait. She was my first ever guest. And honestly, like at that point, we didn't really know what was going on.

**Carly** (0:27)
No, literally no video.

**Josh Harmon** (0:29)
No video. I mean, like we have studio right now.

**Carly** (0:30)
Scratchy voice, you know.

**Josh Harmon** (0:32)
Totally.

**Carly** (0:33)
Rolled out of bed.

**Josh Harmon** (0:34)
Yeah. And so I was like, let's just run it back. Let's do a new sip. Let's do we got a new setup now with the lights and the camera and everything.

**Carly** (0:43)
So I'm so excited.

And just so you guys know, it's like almost 10 p.m. that when we're recording this on a school night. It's so pretty crazy of us.

**Josh Harmon** (0:51)
Yeah, it is really funny.

**Carly** (0:55)
OK, we'll get out to Charlie.

Yeah, the best camera, the best producer. Yeah. OK, what are we sipping on?

**Carly** (1:01)
OK, tonight we're sipping on a little McDonald's Diet Coke. This is just a fun little choice. I don't know. We don't get it super often together, but I just love it. But it just always hits. I mean, yeah, we both love diet cokes. So good.

**Josh Harmon** (1:14)
It's funny. I like. Did you ever ever think that a diet Coke was like didn't have caffeine or no?

**Carly** (1:21)
No, I always know. How about you?

**Josh Harmon** (1:23)
There was a point where I thought diet Coke meant no caffeine.

**Carly** (1:26)
No, but it has it.

**Josh Harmon** (1:29)
When it's 930 and we're drinking it.

**Carly** (1:30)
So here we are.

It's all good. Do you want to talk about where you're coming from right now?

**Carly** (1:35)
OK, I have to tell you guys, if you're watching the video, I did come up with my hair appointment and hair ended at nine o'clock. Here I am. I was there for a long time. My hair is a little long and I love it, but it's just like it's it's a new debut. You know, it's new.

**Josh Harmon** (1:50)
How how long were you at the place?

**Carly** (1:52)
Three hours. Yeah, really long. I got there at six, six to nine. It was my six to nine tonight.
I know. What what do you do?

**Josh Harmon** (2:03)
What do you do for three hours?

**Carly** (2:05)
Yeah, totally. So it's like extension. So that takes like a bit because they got to like they had to uninstall and then reinstall. And I got my hair washed. And then she did a gloss to like make it like a little more brown. And yeah, then she like blow dries it, blows it out, does the curls. My friend Katie came, so we were chatting.

**Josh Harmon** (2:23)
Three hours is actually.

**Carly** (2:24)
I know. She put in work. She's so great.

**Josh Harmon** (2:27)
Do you when you like are there for three hours, do you guys like chat the whole time?

**Carly** (2:31)
Chat the whole time. Didn't stop talking.

**Josh Harmon** (2:33)
I believe that.

**Carly** (2:34)
But I'm a talker. I feel like maybe some people probably don't talk the whole time. But yeah, I love to talk.

**Josh Harmon** (2:38)
So I mean, I get when I get my hair cut, it's like 45 minutes. And sometimes we don't talk for half the time.

**Carly** (2:44)
Yeah, it's it's long. And especially because Katie came, that made it so fun. We were able to chat and yeah.

**Josh Harmon** (2:50)
Because she was there before you.

**Carly** (2:52)
She went from, I think, like two to five. So this girl had a long day of me and Katie. Two to five. And then Katie went home, got dinner, and then she came back and just stayed and chatted. So yeah, Katie was there for a while today too. I was like, you should come to Josh's.

**Josh Harmon** (3:05)
Because Katie's whole day.

**Carly** (3:06)
Yeah, whole day. She had a two to nine at the hair salon.

**Josh Harmon** (3:12)
And it's a full work day.

**Carly** (3:13)
I know. Yeah, full day. But it was so fun. So anyways, if you see me messing with my hair, it's just because it's new.
