Welcome in to No Punt Intended, presented by Club Fantasy. I'm your host, Joe Zola. We are back with the best and worst picks heading into the 2026 Fantasy Football Draft. We're at rounds five through eight. Still some top end talent to be found in here, but also some mid talents that you should probably end up avoiding. Full slate today, myself, Josh and Ryan all here. Let's get into it.

Here's how these are going to go, folks. If you're new, you didn't catch the first one. We have rounds five through eight. These are ADP values for each round. This is a 12 team. It's technically half PPR.
One quarterback league. According to Underdog. Why do we use Underdog on July 8th? Because that's what the degenerates are. So that is going to be the most up to date. When I say most up to date is already the first name I'm going to mention has jumped up to the last pick of the fourth round. So that's how quick these things are actually moving along and how active this is.

I double checked the sheet today. The biggest mover, Tony Pollard jumped up like six spots, but we're just going to talk about him how he was last week.

So huge. Okay. Fantastic. Vince, throw me off with the Happy Thursday. It is Thursday in Australia. Yeah. Right. Yeah. So that that threw me off. But yes, happy, happy Thursday, Vince. Happy Wednesday to us. Happy Thursday to you.

He does. Round five, David Montgomery, the first pick of the fifth round. He's a Houston Texan now RB 20 Davante Adams, wide receiver 26 on the Rams. Trevion Henderson, DeAndre Swift, Bucky Irving, Quinshon Judkins round out the top half of the fifth round where five of the six picks are running backs. DJ Moore, that's Buffalo Bill. DJ Moore. Lamar Jackson, the second quarterback off the board in total. He goes in the fifth round. I believe Josh Allen was a second round or third round from our last show. Bashall too and Christian Watson, Roma Dunze and the rookie Carnell Tate on the Tennessee Titans rounds out the fifth round at wide receiver 30
I don't like that this guy is on the thumbnail because I think he's buns.
Josh, want to tell me about Christian Watson and maybe tell me why we shouldn't draft him even though you're saying he's a good value?

Yeah, I do think he's a good value here in the fifth round. I think everything that Green Bay has done this off season, sometimes you just got to read the tea leaves. I mean, they're literally telling you that they want to get this guy more involved in their offense. Josh Jacobs, for whatever is going on with him legally wise, he really regressed last year. I mean, the only thing that really propped him up was the amount of touchdowns that he scored. Tucker Kraft coming back from an ACL injury.
