I came out of the office the other night, and Mr. Figenfarm looked at me in my big smile, and he was like, what were you doing? And you know what I was doing? I was just wrapping up a live Q&A session with the members of The Collective, and we had such a lovely conversation. We always do. The room is never fully packed, which is better. I love a party where it's very intimate. Those are my very favorite, other than a room that is bustling full of people.
So everyone got a turn to ask their questions, and the progress that was happening, the questions that were being asked, the engagement within the group was fantastic. It was humming, and it was beautiful. All of the women there had something in common. Yes, they were members of The Collective. Yes, they were all hanging out with me on a Tuesday evening. Yes, they were getting their questions answered, and they have a passion for creating spaces that they delight in.
But the thing that they have in common is that they started with a highly strategic one-on-one call first. And that Decorating SOS Call mapped out all kinds of things. It is truly remarkable what you can cover in one hour.
We talked with each of them individually over some course of time, maybe months ago, years ago at this point, but we talked with each of them about the goals they have for their space, the things that have been keeping them stuck, the things that they've been trying, the things that they want to keep in their room, the things that they want to get rid of, the budget they have, where they shop, even shopping itself. We've talked about all of it. And as we develop over the course of that one-on-one time, that hour together, we develop a really nice strategy, a strategy that is beyond, oh, this is a cute idea, try this. It's highly strategic. It is like a step-by-step plan. All of those women started there. And then they came in to The Collective, they came in to those monthly Q&As, and they sat down and asked questions that referred right back to the plan that we created, clarifying questions, questions maybe even about shopping, questions about how to style, questions about how to implement the strategy that we laid out.
And what I've realized, watching this happen now over the past year or so is that this is the secret sauce. Starting with a highly strategic one-on-one call and then getting together like girlfriends and chatting about how to make it happen. So today, that's what you're going to get to hear. You're gonna get to hear the girlfriend shitter chatter, the live Q&A that happened just recently, and the questions that were asked and answered. Now, if you're inside of the Collective, yay for you, because this is a video replay that's available for you to watch. If you're not, you'll just have to imagine the spaces. So as we head into and then out of the weekend, this is your gentle nudge that if you've been sitting on the fence about working in some capacity at Figgenfarm at home, you have two choices. After this weekend, I won't be chatting about the Collective independently or I won't be chatting about the Decorating SOS Call independently.
The offer is going to change because I'm following the breadcrumbs of what has worked time after time after time with these women who are making transformation happen inside of their spaces. So if the Collective has been interesting to you, if you've been thinking, I would love that ongoing support, you can go to figgenfarmathome.com/thecollective and hop on in. For any of you who think I just want that one-time highly strategic thing, and then I think I've got it covered, fantastic. The Decorating SOS Call is for you, and you can go to figgenfarmathome.com/decorating-sos.
But after Sunday, I won't be talking about these anymore. Yes, the Collective is still happening. Yes, Decorating SOS Calls are still happening. We're just following the breadcrumbs and following the transformation and making the pathway to working together a whole heck of a lot easier. So if you want 2026, well, and to be quite honest, 2025, 2024 prices, locking in before Sunday is a pretty smart decision. All right, friend, enjoy today's conversation where you get to be a fly on the wall inside of a live Q&A.
We grew up with the phrase, home is where the heart is, but our culture has shifted. And now the message is, home should be Pinterest perfect. I'm calling BS on that message. Home, it's not about the stuff, it's about the story. And whether you know it or not, your home is a reflection of you and is already saying something. So what is it that you want it to say? Hey, I'm Dani, a former first grade teacher turned home decorator. Going from a dual income to a single income, so I could stay home with my babies meant budget, like ramen eating, goodwill shopping budget. And I learned a few things along the way, like how to bring big style to your home without breaking the bank. And I'm sharing it all with you. Tips, tricks, decor and design advice so you can learn to tell your story with your style. Where you can start living free from the Pinterest Perfect Trap and start living a life of intention. Welcome to Fig and Farm at Home, where we design happy living and where it doesn't have to be perfect to be beautiful. Hello, hello.
