This week in the Parish of Bourses and Market Structure, EP3 Powers US Electric, NSE ready for IPO, NYSE Texas H2 opens, a Nordic MonoBourse and a Tale of Two Tokenizers. My name is Patrick L Young. Welcome to the Bours Business Weekly Digest. It's the Exchange Invest Weekly Podcast, Episode 361

Good day, ladies and gentlemen. This is a very brief reduction of highlights amongst the key headlines for all the week in market structure. All the analysis of the many events and what means from the past 7 days can be found in Exchange Invest Daily Subscriber Newsletter, a unique guide to the boars business and daily to your inbox. More details at exchangeinvest.com.

Over in Bitcoin, it's a case of token winter truths. It's a great leap forward in one sense for ice ambition and tokenized stocks, and in others, it's a big wine shot across the bars, hundreds of leading broken and heading busward to Bitcoin, BTC and crypto entities.

NYSE owners, ice have once again invested more money in T0, tapping them for their tokenized securities, push and taking a larger stake in the firm. If you enjoyed this excerpt, you may be interested to know, you can read Bitcoinage every day. You can invest alternatively if you want to follow Bitcoinage, the daily update on happenings, and all the crypto and digital assets. You can find Bitcoinage as a standalone on Substack. Over in the mainstream of what's been happening in market structure, and you exchange the Conomai EP3 Powered ElectronX as launched in Chicago as the first regulated US market with direct access for electricity derivatives. At the same time, we see the DEX being cleared for the NSE IPO. SEBI may be assessing liquidity. We saw some days back, but overall, NDTV Profit says the DEX have been cleared for the offer for sale, and the Delhi High Court dismisses a plea challenging mistake sale. Tenderhoods tying for NSE, with SEBI close to approving NSE a public offer, stating Chairman Toon, an encounter of SEBI via the business standard. Difficult to believe that even SEBI will roll the process back now, particularly as Chairman Pandy has been somewhat, what may say, pro-free market than his predecessors. Meanwhile, NYSE Texas HQ is now open, and indeed, in the Nordics, there are a group of people, the Nordic Compass Business Alliance, are going to present a paper at the Gothenburg Conference early November, looking towards a unified Nordic stock exchange. This is, of course, a plan which NASDAQ is presumably ready to present and back up, presuming there is regulatory approval. Regulatory approval, ladies and gentlemen, is, of course, key here. All the details of that story were in Exchange Invest, the daily bulletin of the force business. Sign up now for a free one-week trial subscription at exchangeinvest.com. Elsewhere, NYSE's owner, Leeds, have tapped E0 for tokenized securities, push and take an expanded stake in the firm, and also the London Stock Exchange Group is looking to launch a UK tokenized equity structure, launching a partnership with Payward to explore tokenized public equity markets. Over in Hong Kong, HAAX is exploring merging its gem with the main board, apparently. And at the same time, the Calcutta Stock Exchange in India is seeking a sebinode for a trading comeback.

In Romania, the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BBB, is preparing the launch of a new growth market for SMEs and startups, while the National Stock Exchange of Australia is in Southeast Asia for listings and Singapore for capital. Over in Results, not such a busy week this week for the Moscow Exchange, they've announced their results for the second quarter of 2026, relatively encouraging all the same, given the sanctions regime that has been attacking Russia from the outside over the Ukraine war. At the same time, now, Ruby Securities Exchange startled this week with quite stunning numbers. Total income for six months over the year to the end of 30th of June of 136.6%.

Profits up 386.1%.

Excellent. I hope we profit progress as we hold our breath to see whether InfoTech can deliver their tech systems within the six month window. New market this week, TIFC. That is the Tashkent International Financial Center. Newly being born, it's not going to have a separate stock exchange, but existing forces may have specific channels to exploit the new apparatus. At the same time, the mold of an international exchange, which is, of course, parked back by the Booker US Stock Exchange, has received regulatory approval. In Deals, it was a busy week for Deals on the Parish. All the Deals couldn't stay in the Parish. Maybe we need to let a new person know before to be involved in capital markets and market structure. Let's take the podcast that's excited at highlights. Kalshi. They did raise money at a $40 billion valuation during the course of the summer, losing $1.12 billion via private equity offering. Meanwhile, if you fancy some financial insights with moving pictures, check out our live streams Tuesday, 5 o'clock London time, 12 o'clock New York time, the IPO video live show, catch the back episodes on LinkedIn and YouTube, or IPO.Vid. Don't forget as well that Exchange Invest is not a seven day a week publishing platform, free on the weekends. You can sign up at exchangeinvest.com. But of course, the daily meet of the course business is not spiked on the Monday to Friday editions of Exchange Invest, to which you can subscribe. Our book of the week is K-Pop Innovation, the Future of Korean Innovation that took a while by storm, discussing a fascinating topic, which is also the subject of our weekend edition this weekend. Over in product, a great article by the excellent Jeff Cutler, Can't Get Enough Compute. Here come the futures, discussing a very interesting product set that is being launched at the moment, Nodal Exchange and Altricity. They've launched the launch of Power Arley Futures Contracts, and NCDEX have launched Chennai Rainfall Futures, to help businesses hedge against monsoon swings. In technology news, Japan is planning blockchain-based real-time stock and bonds settlement by the 2030s. A fascinating move is a triumvirate of Japanese Financial Services Agency. The regulators, the Parliament's Ministry, and the Bank of Japan have formed a study group alongside the country's largest financial institutions to explore replacing traditional security settlement infrastructure with blockchain-based systems. Over in Career Pals, one story this week, SET stock exchange out of Thailand have appointed Benjirong Suankiri, a Senior EVP, Chief Strategy and Finance Officer. And that leaves us in still Southeast Asia to consider the saga of the China Evergrande founder, Hu Ka-yan.
