Now, you know the saying that says that necessity is the mother of all inventions? Well, today's episode is going to be an incredible example of that. Our guest today, Dima Negodiuk, was a business owner in the Ukraine, and he had what he calls a quote unquote normal business. He had a marketing team, a sales team, customer service people like a company.

When the war started, he fled the country and moved to New York with his wife and a couple of suitcases. So no marketing team, no sales team, no customer service, and no business.

So he knew he had to do something in order to make a living, and he understands how businesses run. He was a business owner. What he did not know is how to set it all up, and he taught himself how to set it up with AI. So fast forward a few years, he's running five different businesses. Yes, you heard correctly, five. All of them are run and manage and operated by AI. Now in today's episode, he's gonna show you exactly how he's building effective agents that practically run his businesses, and how he manages all these agents through a centralized dashboard that still keeps him in control on making key decisions. Now Dima is first of all an amazing entrepreneur, but he's an amazing proof that you do not need any technical skills. All you need is willpower, time, and grit, and you can learn how to build AI systems that can run entire digital businesses or every digital aspect of a physical business. Listen, this is what I need to do. I need to know how to do a good introduction and then the guests need to do the rest. So like if there's one thing I need to know how to do is good introduction. Let's talk about how the hell AI runs businesses. What are the different components? What's the secret sauce? What are the steps that people need to take in order to get there?

Yeah, so again, let me start that we're living now in an incredible time, right? And even like for myself, for example, each day we see that something new happening. For example, last week, new Astra 6.1, new Opus, new Sonnet, X, I mean like Gemini, wherever. And I think the best guys you can do for now is find someone who have like Isar told real workflow, right? Who know how to implement or how to deploy all this stuff to your business. And as again, today I will try to show you like my workflows and what I'm doing. And probably if you just thinking about to start working with AI, I can be an example that nothing is impossible, right? And you will make this first step like in your life. And if you are working with AI, probably you will see something new, right? And again, you can take my ideas, my thoughts and implement it in your business.

I'm not offering you guys to fire all your team, because I think people need jobs, they need to work. But again, AI is like an amazing tool that need to work with a person just to improve yourself, improve your business, and in the end, you will win among your competitors. It's what we all want to be like number one, right? In your sphere. I have like a small presentation for you.

And the topic I want to talk, it's now it's really popular, it's long time working agents. So we all know that you can work with Claude Code or you can work with Codex. But again, when he's finishing, for example, some task, what he's doing, you need to tell him what to do next, right?
