Hello, everybody. Welcome back to The Hannah Summerhill Show.
This is a place where we make magic and miracles the norm. And if you are new here, thanks for being here. I'm so grateful to have you. Today's episode is all about how to become your ideal self. So if you feel like there's a version of you, like an ideal self version of you, that you can see her, she's so close, you can almost taste her. You can see her living your ideal life, you can't quite embody her.
If you can relate to that, you are in the perfect place. We are going to talk about how you can step into that fully saturated ideal self dream life that you've been manifesting. The problem is, so many of us have this idea of an ideal self, and then when we don't embody her, it triggers a shame cycle, and we think, what am I doing wrong?
Why haven't I manifested this? Am I lazy? And then that just triggers this downward spiral where your energy just gets lower and lower, and your vibe is lower than where you started. Okay, so let's just stop all of that right now, and start from a fresh page, so that we can manifest from our ideal self. So first, let's talk about where you're stuck. Why haven't you been able to embody your ideal self? And you probably have in your mind, like, the habits that she does, the clothes that she wears, the way she shows up, what she says, but you feel like you can't fully be her. And that's very normal, because there's usually a big gap between who we say we want to be and what we actually do. And we're gonna talk about why that gap exists and what you can do to close it so that you become your ideal self.
Okay, first, let's talk about where you're stuck. You are likely stuck in a place where you're comparing yourself to other people. You're looking at other people in your life or on social media, and you're thinking, they are living their ideal lives. They have it all figured out, why don't I? And then, of course, you start down that shame spiral again. But let me just tell you, nobody has it figured out, and comparing yourself will just keep you stuck. And I wanna share a story with you. So I was recently invited to a Kajabi Heroes Day. Kajabi is the platform that I run my programs on, Ascension, the Magic membership. It's where I do all my email marketing. I run all my payments through Kajabi.
They're actually only based like an hour north of where I live in Southern California. And they invited me and a bunch of other Kajabi Heroes, high performers of the platform, this past Monday to an open house where we could talk to the founders, we could talk to their VP of engineering, we could talk to their product designers. It was so cool. And I was so honored to be in the room with all these other Kajabi Heroes. They also sent me this really cool self-cleaning water bottle for passing an important milestone on their platform. All you have to do is press this button, and it cleans your water and disinfects the bottle, which is so cool.
But anyway, they're great. You've probably used them or been a student on that platform if you've ever signed up for a personal development course online. But anyway, I was super excited to go to this Kajabi Heroes Day, and also a little bit intimidated. Who else is going to be there? What are these other course creators going to be like? What have they solved that I haven't figured out? What goals have they hit that I haven't hit yet? And so I arrived there on Monday, and it was so interesting. One of the first women that I met, one of the fellow heroes, was this woman who is a horse veterinarian, and she has a course called Where Does My Horse Hurt? And that is how she makes all of her money on Kajabi, is through this very specific niche of diagnosing people's sick or ailing horses. And she doesn't really have Instagram, she doesn't advertise, she just uses SEO and search to get customers and to make money. And I thought, wow, that is so interesting. Then I met somebody else, an older guy who's retired, who teaches options trading. I met another guy who teaches the ukulele on Kajabi. I met another person who teaches flight lessons on Kajabi. There were all these different people from all over the country and Canada of all ages and backgrounds, and these were people who were crushing it in their business.
