It's designed to be read front to back, learn a lot of science, a lot of health protocols, but you can also just decide, I want to get better at managing stress, go straight to that chapter, look up what you want to do, say, oh, I already do that, go to the next thing, and use it sort of like a manual.

Well, it didn't start off like that. At first, it was a book about the autonomic nervous system, stress, sleep, focus. Then it evolved. Then I had a third completely new rewrite, and my good friend now, I'm honored to call him a friend, but he's just such a good dude, Rick Rubin, was like, do you like it? I was like, and he goes, scrape it.

I'm like, what? And then he said, I'm going to get myself in trouble. He goes, scrape it, man. Like, what are you doing?

And I said, I don't know. He's like, you have to love it. And then he said, they're going to push you to release this thing. And I said, I already said I was going to release it. I did, I did it again. And then I did that again.
