Wall Street is trying to stop Michael Saylor, but he's not backing down. MSCI is threatening to unleash billions and selling pressure, and Saylor just signaled another Bitcoin purchase. Meanwhile, Strive is preparing to stack even more. We're talking two Bitcoin giants with one massive accumulation race. And Saylor says Bitcoin is heading to $10 million.
Let's get right into it. Michael Saylor just made Bitcoin even scarcer, and Wall Street is about to find out what happens when a billionaire refuses to stop buying the world's most scarce asset. Saylor just dropped his latest Bitcoin tracker with six words. We found room for more orange. If you've been following Saylor long enough, you know what that means. Another Bitcoin purchase will most likely be announced tomorrow. And if history repeats, strategy has already been accumulating Bitcoin while the market was busy panicking. But here's where this gets absolutely insane. Strategy already controls 848,250 Bitcoin, more than 4% of the entire Bitcoin supply that will ever exist. One company. And remember, this is happening while Wall Street is threatening to pull the rug out from under Bitcoin treasury companies. MSCI is considering removing companies like Strategy from its major indexes, potentially triggering billions in force selling. So think about the timing. Wall Street's debating whether Bitcoin treasury companies even belong in its indexes. Meanwhile, Saylor is signaling that he's preparing to buy even more Bitcoin. They're threatening to remove his company from their indexes. He's responding by signaling more Bitcoin accumulation. And that's what makes this showdown so fascinating. Meanwhile, the competition is getting more aggressive. Strive is now sitting on 35,595 Bitcoin, worth nearly 3 billion at the current prices. And the Strive CEO, Matt Cole, just posted an updated Strive Bitcoin tracker with the message, now stacking sats with double the horsepower. Another publicly traded company accumulate in Bitcoin instead of holding the appreciating fiat. And this is happening while El Salvador continues building its national Bitcoin treasury with reported holdings now exceeding 7,800 BTC.
Corporations already hold 1.6 million Bitcoin. Governments control 619,000 Bitcoin. Long-term holders control roughly 15 million Bitcoin. And the supply available to everyone else is not getting any bigger. Here's the part Wall Street still don't fully appreciate. Bitcoin doesn't need every institution on earth to adopt it. It only needs a fraction of global capital to recognize that an asset would absolutely fix supply, cannot accommodate unlimited demand at today's prices. There are more than 20 million Bitcoin already mined. Three to four million Bitcoin are believed to be permanently lost, and now you have corporations competing to accumulate increasingly significant portions of what's left. What happens when the next wave of institutional buyers arrive? What happens when sovereign wealth funds decide they need Bitcoin exposure? What happens when corporations sitting on billions in cash start questioning why they're holding an asset designed to lose purchasing power? They'll all be competing for the same 21 million coins, with over 95% already mined. There is no emergency supply. There is no Bitcoin printing press. There's no bailout that creates more Bitcoin. Saylor understands something most investors are only beginning to grasp, as he famously warned, by the time the bankers tell you it's a good idea, it'll cost $10 million per Bitcoin. And here's the kicker. It's at a 99% discount right now.
Let that sink in. While Wall Street debates whether Bitcoin treasury companies deserve a place in its indexes, Saylor's positioning strategy for a future where one Bitcoin will command $10 million per coin. His latest signal suggests another purchase announcement is coming tomorrow. But the bigger story isn't how many coins strategy buys. It's how much harder those coins are becoming to acquire. Bitcoin is the scarcity. Everything else is competing for it. And Michael Saylor is playing the long game.
Welcome, everyone, to Pod Episode 2490
I'm your host, JV. Happy Sunday Funday. It's October 18th, 2026 Wall Street wants to punish companies for accumulating Bitcoin. Well, Michael Saylor has a message for them. Strategy already owns over 4% of the entire Bitcoin supply. And his latest signal suggests he's buying even more. But here's the kicker. He's not the only billionaire doubling down. Let's get right into it. Here's the infamous tweet from Saylor alongside the strategy tracker. He wrote, We found room for more orange. And as you can see, he currently has just shy of 70 billion worth of Bitcoin. 848,250 bitties, to be exact. And when he posts this tracker on a Sunday, it's 99% of the time a precursor that he already acquired more Bitcoin for the week. And he'll announce it tomorrow when he files with the SEC.
And Saylor's not the only billionaire in town making massive purchases for his Bitcoin treasury. We also have Matt Cole, who is the CEO of Strive. He wrote, Now stacking stats with double the horsepower alongside their Strive tracker, which shows they currently have 35,595 Bitcoin worth just shy of $3 billion at today's prices. And they have dollar cost average 38 transactions. And most likely, tomorrow, he'll be announcing the latest acquisition for his company. So this is something called game theory. You have corporations competing for the same finite limited supply asset they can never print more of. And that's only two companies. There's hundreds of others who have some form of Bitcoin exposure. And we also have institutions now such as BlackRock, Fidelity, all racing game theory and play there, as well as governments and sovereign wealth funds and we're all fighting for the same limited supply asset. This just in, $10 trillion Morgan Stanley's Bitcoin ETF, MSBT, has now traded for over 90 straight days without a single outflow. So while retail is selling, Wall Street's accumulating aggressively. What does this tell you? It tells you that you want to follow the smart money because there's a reason they're buying. They know what's coming. So don't get shooken out by the FUD. Just because Jimbo Kramer says Bitcoin's never going to a million dollars or that the bears are strong right now doesn't mean Jack Ish because he's an industry plant. We inverse that Ish. If Kramer's negative surrounding Bitcoin, that's perfectly bullish news and the institutions know it. Do the opposite of the suits. We also have here, this is huge for El Salvador. Their Bitcoin holdings have officially surpassed 7,800 Bitcoins, 7,807 to be exact. It all started with Nigel Boquela, making Bitcoin legal tender back in 2021, the first country to do so. And they've been dollar cost averaging practically a Bitcoin per day. Some days they buy more, but on average, it's one Bitcoin per day. And even with doing biz with the dirty IMF, he has stuck to his word, continuing to accumulate Bitcoin, even though the IMF despises that, he continues to buy. So salute President Bukele, and as well as the Bitcoin office, Stacey Herbert, Max Keiser, and everyone out there doing God's work over there in thy savior, one of my favorite countries in the world. And I can't wait for the third annual Max and Stacey Invitational around the corner in January, 2027 Hope to see you there. Less than a million Bitcoin left to be mined between now and the year 2140
