Bitcoin just exposed the fatal flaw in the fiat matrix. The debt machine needs endless expansion. Bitcoin refuses to expand, and now the collision has begun. Capital is choosing sides. The Bitcoin supply shock is here. Let's get right into it. The world is about to find out, while Bitcoin exists, foreign buying of US. Treasury bills just collapsed 80%.

Meanwhile, 2.1 billion is flooding into Bitcoin ETFs this week. One monetary system is drowning in debt. The other cannot print a single extra Bitcoin. And now capital is starting to figure out the difference. This is where the Bitcoin thesis gets violent. The latest US. Treasury data shows net foreign purchases of Treasury bills collapsed from 250 billion in the 12 months through July 2025 to just 49 billion in the 12 months through July of 2026 That's an 80% collapse. But here's where things get even crazier. Foreign official institutions went from buying a net 138 billion of Treasury bills to selling a net 55 billion. That's 194 billion dollar reversal in just one year. Foreign governments didn't just slow down their buying. They flipped from buyers to sellers. And this is happening while US national debt has exploded beyond 40 trillion dollars. The United States needs enormous and continuous demand for its debt, more borrowing, more refinancing, more interest expense, more debt to service the debt already created. Bitcoin has the exact opposite problem. You cannot issue more Bitcoin because demand increase. You cannot call an emergency meeting and authorize another 10 million coins. You cannot dilute every holder because the government needs more money. Bitcoin doesn't care. Honey Badger don't give a what. The monetary policy is enforced by the network. While foreign governments are backing away from the US debt, Wall Street is buying Bitcoin. U.S.-spot Bitcoin ETFs have absorbed $2.1 billion across the latest major inflow stretch. Nearly a billion dollars arrived in a single day. Another $714 million followed. Bitcoin got rejected around $87,000. Wall Street didn't give a shit. The money kept coming. That's what you need to understand. Now zoom out. Governments need buyers for their debt. Bitcoin needs no bailout. Governments can increase the supply of fiat currency. Bitcoin cannot increase its $21 million hard cap. Governments can change monetary policy. And this is why Bitcoin was created. Not because the existing monetary system would suddenly disappear overnight, but because the existing system requires endless expansion to keep functioning. Bitcoin offers the opposite. Absolute scarcity, no central bank, no debt ceiling negotiation, no political committee deciding how much more money should exist. And now institutional capital has direct access to it at scale. That doesn't mean every dollar leaving the Treasury bills is magically flowing into Bitcoin. It means two enormous trends are unfolding at the same time. Demand for short-term US government debt from foreign buyers has fallen dramatically, while institutional demand for Bitcoin is accelerating. That contrast matters, because the world is being forced to choose what it wants to hold. A claim on an ever-expanding debt system or an asset nobody can print more of. Bitcoin doesn't need the entire world to make that choice. It just needs a fraction of global capital to understand the trade. $40 trillion in US debt, less than $21 million Bitcoin will ever exist. And Wall Street is already buying billions of dollars worth. The biggest Bitcoin supply shock isn't something someday. The setup is happening right now. Trillions in debt, billions flowing into Bitcoin, and only $21 million Bitcoin will ever exist. So stack accordingly. And that is why you never bet against Bitcoin. But the signals are coming from every direction right now. Wall Street, governments, institutions, the entire game is shifting in Bitcoin's favor. And the headlines today prove it. Let's start right here. US bond yields are unstoppable right now. US 10-year bond yield just hit 5.16%, a new 19-year high. The 10-year bond yield is now up 23 points in just the last two days. Bond vigilantes are now going completely against Scott Besson. And as Max Keiser says, the bondpocalypse is here.

I'm your host, JV. It's September 24th, 2026 Also, you can see here, the US. Treasury Department is to buy back up to 6 billion in long-term debt today.

The US. Treasury is set to buy back up to 6 billion dollars of longer-dated government debt today. With the operation covering Treasury's maturing between 2046 and 2056, the buyback marks the first operation under Treasury Secretary Scott Besson's expanded program as the government looks to help manage long-term borrowing costs.

Breaking news. Tether CEO, Paolo, says USDT on Bitcoin, it's coming home. So, yeah, USDT on the Bitcoin network. As you know, Tether is one of the top USDT, a stablecoin, the biggest one by far. Actually, let's look at coin market cap right now. Tether has a market cap of, good lord, $183 billion with $82 billion in 24-hour volume. It's the third largest cryptocurrency right under Ethereum. Very, very fascinating and, of course, always bullish for Bitcoin. And as you can see here, breaking, $700 billion has been added to US stocks, metals and crypto in the last 15 minutes after Reuters reports the US and Iran are exploring a deal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. So more political theater and it always absolutely impacts the markets. Remember yesterday, Iran was reporting no trade deals or something, and so extended war tension, and then every market literally dumped. It was literally over a trillion dollars. You know, it was a bloodbath, every single market. And today, oh, everything's good now. We got good negotiations. We're going to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. Nothing to see here in every single market, reacting positively. Also, as you can see here, this is the shallowest bear market we have seen in Bitcoin history. Let's do a little education here. Back in 2013 to 2015, Bitcoin corrected 85%.
