BlackRock says AI commerce will require machine-native financial rails, opening the door to an entirely new source of Bitcoin and digital-asset demand as autonomous agents become economic participants. Meanwhile, U.S.

Bitcoin is about to face something that has never happened in history. An entirely new force is entering the market, and it can send Bitcoin to $1 million per coin faster than anyone expects. This can change the scale of Bitcoin demand forever. This is much bigger than just another bull run. Let's get right into it. $15 trillion BlackRock just revealed a Bitcoin demand shock almost nobody is ready for. Not Wall Street, not corporations, not nation states, AI.

We're about to unleash billions of autonomous AI agents that can earn, transact and control value without humans. They don't need branches, they don't need bankers, they need money built for machines. And BlackRock just put Bitcoin directly at the center of that future. Think about how insane this is. For Bitcoin's entire existence, we've talked about human adoption, more people buying Bitcoin, more institutions allocating to Bitcoin, more corporations putting Bitcoin on their balance sheets, more nations building Bitcoin reserves. But now we're introducing an entirely new economic participant, the machine, AI agents that just don't sleep. Don't take weekends, don't wait for banks to open Monday morning. They operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. And if these machines are going to participate autonomously in the global economy, they need financial rails that operate the same way. That's where this gets incredibly bullish for Bitcoin. BlackRock's thesis is that AI commerce requires machine-native payment rails. Legacy banking was built for humans. Paperwork, business hours, and centralized intermediaries. Bitcoin was built for the Internet. Global digital permission lists available 24-7.

No banker required, no border, no CEO required. And unlike fiat currencies that can be created endlessly, Bitcoin gives machines access to a digitally scarce asset with a monetary policy enforced by code. Now, let's zoom out. Public companies already hold roughly 1.27 million Bitcoin worth more than $100 billion.

Institutions have accumulated hundreds of thousands more through Bitcoin ETFs. Governments already hold 645,000 Bitcoin, and sovereign wealth funds are entering the conversation. And now, the largest asset manager on earth is discussing a future where AI itself creates an entirely new source of digital asset demand. That changes the scale of what we're talking about, because AI is in some tiny niche technology. Trillions of dollars are pouring into the infrastructure behind it. The global AI market is already worth hundreds of billions of dollars today, and we're still at the very beginning. Every major technology company on earth is racing to build more powerful, autonomous systems. And those systems are moving from answering questions to performing tasks to conducting commerce. The moment AI becomes an economic participant, money becomes a part of that equation. How does autonomous machines get paid? How does it send value? How does it transact globally? How does it hold value outside a traditional bank account? Those questions are no longer science fiction. They're becoming infrastructure questions. And Bitcoin was built for an internet native economy before AI agents ever existed. This is the part I think the market is massively underestimating. Bitcoin doesn't need every AI agent to become a Bitcoin maxi, obviously. It simply needs an autonomous digital economy to discover why an asset that is global, scarce, programmable and available around the clock makes sense in a world increasingly run by software. And this is happening while human demand accelerates again. Bitcoin ETFs just flipped positive year to date after another $715 million in net buying Tuesday, which was yesterday, roughly $5.5 billion already poured in since August. BlackRock's iBit alone reportedly absorbed more than a billion dollars across the last four trading days. So humans are buying, institutions are buying, and sovereign capital is circling. And now we're staring at the possibility of an entirely new machine economy entering the equation. Now imagine what happens when the buyers aren't all human anymore. AI doesn't kill the Bitcoin thesis. AI makes the Bitcoin thesis that much bigger. And that is the bigger picture. But AI isn't the only major Bitcoin story developing right now. Wall Street is piling back in. Sovereign capital is entering the conversation. The US is preparing for 24-7 on-chain finance. And Bitcoin adoption just keeps expanding. Let's break down everything else happening in the market right now.

Welcome, everyone, to Pod Episode 2465

I'm your host, JV. It's Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026 Breaking news just in, NYSC just announced they will bring stock trading on-chain to 44 million users. Bitcoin and crypto powering the financial markets. And why is this a big deal? Well, they'll be able to trade virtually 24-7, just like crypto. Close on the weekends? Well, the blockchain runs 24-7, so now all the stocks are going to be trading on-chain, and 44 million users are getting access to it. This is absolutely massive, as that's a big chunk of the US population. Breaking news, CFTC Chairman Selig just said America needs to prepare for 24-7 on-chain stock trading. Also, US spot Bitcoin ETFs just took in 714 million yesterday alone, and when the ETF inflows are positive like this, it's always a good sign for the price action. I do understand the markets are correcting right now. It just started roughly one or two hours ago.
