You think you have time to stack Bitcoin? So does every company, every fund, and every government that still doesn't own enough. Here's the problem. They can all create more money, none of them can create more Bitcoin. Trump just passed Elon, not in votes, not in followers, in Bitcoin. Trump Media just leapfrogged Tesla after loading up on nearly $900 million worth of Bitcoin. And the part nobody is talking about, they're still buying. Trump Media disclosed it held approximately 14,139 Bitcoin as of July 31st, including pledged coins. That's roughly 890 million worth of Bitcoin. Why does that matter? Because Tesla holds 11,509 Bitcoin. Trump Media now reports a larger Bitcoin position than Tesla. Trump Media officially passed Tesla. And it didn't happen by accident. The company already held substantial Bitcoin exposure at the end of June. Then in July, it sold roughly 159 million and Bitcoin-related equity securities. And used the proceeds to buy more Bitcoin. Think about what's happening here. For years, Tesla was one of the corporate names synonymous with Bitcoin. Elon shocked Wall Street when Tesla put Bitcoin on the balance sheet. It became one of the biggest corporate Bitcoin stories on the planet. But then, Tesla reversed course, stopped stacking and stopped accepting Bitcoin as a form of payment to buy one of his cars. Insane, if you had asked me. He was also pushing FUD, I don't forget that. But anyways, I digress. Its Bitcoin position has remained virtually frozen. Trump Media, they're moving the other direction. They're accumulating. And now they have passed Tesla. This is exactly what Bitcoiners have been warning everyone about. The leaderboard doesn't stay frozen forever. Companies that hesitate get passed. Companies that stop accumulating watch somebody else take their spot. And there are only 21 million Bitcoin. You cannot ever issue more. You cannot dilute the supply. You cannot call a board meeting and authorize another 100 million coins. So every company deciding it wants Bitcoin on the balance sheet has to compete for the same scarce asset. Tesla has 11,509 Bitcoin. Trump now reports approximately 14,139, including the pledged coins. So the message is impossible to ignore. Trump Media went from entering the Bitcoin treasury race to passing one of the most famous corporate Bitcoin holders in America. And Tesla isn't the finish line. It's another name on the leaderboard. Strategy, the largest holder, has 840,447 Bitcoin. Publicly traded Bitcoin miners collectively hold more than 100,000 Bitcoin. Altogether, public companies hold more than 1.2 million Bitcoin. US-bought Bitcoin ETFs collectively hold more than 1.1 million Bitcoin. Of course, iBit, Black Rocks being the largest. Governments around the planet collectively hold more than 500,000 Bitcoin. USA has the lion's share with roughly 330,000.
And more corporations are figuring out that holding nothing might eventually become the biggest risk. That's when this gets interesting. Because corporate Bitcoin adoption doesn't require every company to buy. It only requires enough companies to look at the ones already stacking. Look at Bitcoin's fixed supply. And ask one uncomfortable question. What happens if we wait? Trump Media didn't wait, they bought. And then they bought more. And now Tesla is behind them. Today, it's Trump Media passing Tesla. Tomorrow, another company passes, Trump Media. Then another enters the race. The names can change. The rankings can change. The amount of Bitcoin available cannot. That's the game. 21 million coins, thousands of companies, trillions of dollars in corporate capital, and a leaderboard where standing still means somebody else can pass you. Trump Media just proved it. Tesla had the head start. Trump Media kept stacking and now passed Elon. The leaderboard just changed and it's going to change again. So let's break down who's stacking, who's falling behind, and why standing still in Bitcoin is becoming a very expensive decision. Here's the breaking news. Trump Media disclosed holding the 14,139 Bitcoin as of July 31st, worth 890 million, having scooped up an additional 4,661 BTC just in the month of July. And there was actually an article published on it with the headline, Trump Media overtakes Tesla as the 12th largest public Bitcoin holder. And you can see these two gentlemen right here, who seemed to at one point been best friends, and then they obviously went separate ways. Also in the headlines, this is breaking news. CFTC will proceed with Digital Asset Rulemakings, even if the Clarity Act does not pass according to Chairman Selig, who recently just reported this. So what does that mean? Regardless if we get the Clarity Act to pass the Senate and get signed into law, CFTC is going to proceed with rulemaking regardless. So I guess it's going to be relevant at this point, maybe the Clarity Act. I do know the date is next month on the 15th, which is September 15th, mid-month. They're going to be voting on it and deciding if America moves forward with the Clarity Act. But again, does that really matter if the lawmakers, as far as the CFTC, is already going to create rulemaking for digital assets regardless if the Clarity Act moves forward? And not just the CFTC, but also the SEC. They're having an open meeting scheduled August 14th, which is ultimately, is that this Friday? I think so, at 10 a.m. and SEC to consider new rules for certain crypto-asset investment contracts on Friday. So the rulemakers are going to be moving forward regardless. It's the global insurrection against banker occupation. Hang the bankers. We're running out of patience. Start with Jamie Dimon. I'm sick of all his statements. Let's move forward, get her done.
