Bitcoin doesn't negotiate. It doesn't compromise. It doesn't apologize. And it doesn't ask for permission. You could ignore it. You can fight it. You can try to ban it. It just keeps on winning no matter what. Sats on my mind, I'ma never give it up. But Bitcoin doesn't need the Clarity Act. The United States needs the Clarity Act. That's what almost everyone has backwards. Bitcoin has been working perfectly for 17 years. The US government isn't changing Bitcoin. It's finally admitting it can't stop Bitcoin. For years, politicians treated Bitcoin like it was some dangerous experiment that needed to be controlled, regulated, restricted, or outright banned. Bitcoin doesn't care. Honey Badger doesn't give a what. Blocks kept getting mined every 10 minutes regardless. Transactions kept settling. The network never asked Congress for permission. It never needed a president, never needed a central bank. It certainly never needed politicians debating whether it should exist. Bitcoin simply kept producing block after block while governments all around the world argued with reality. That's why the Clarity Act is such a massive shift. Not because Bitcoin suddenly becomes legitimate. Bitcoin crossed that finish line years ago. The Clarity Act is America finally catching up. You don't change Bitcoin. Bitcoin changes you. That's the real story. Almost every headline is missing. People think Congress is deciding Bitcoin's future. You're dead wrong. Congress is deciding America's future in a world where Bitcoin already won. Those are two completely different conversations. Bitcoin isn't sitting around waiting for approval. The United States is trying to figure out how to compete in a world where the hardest money on earth already exists. Think about what has changed. Wall Street is here. BlackRock is here. The largest asset managers in the world are here. Public companies are raising billions of dollars to buy Bitcoin. Nation states are discussing strategic Bitcoin reserves. Banks are preparing Bitcoin products. And now Congress is racing to build a legal framework around an asset that already won. Bitcoin didn't change. Everyone else did. Bitcoin has forced governments, banks, corporations and investors to adapt to Bitcoin. Exactly like the Internet forced businesses to go online. The Internet didn't need permission. Businesses needed the Internet. Bitcoin doesn't need legislation. Governments don't write legislation for things they believe are going away. That's why I laugh every time someone says, the government is going to control Bitcoin. Really? Which part, yo? The open source code, the 21 million supply, the tens of thousands of nodes spread across the planet, and there's now over 70,000 just FYI, the miners operating in dozens of countries, the millions of people holding their own private keys. You don't regulate mathematics. You regulate the companies built around the mathematics. Bitcoin itself doesn't care. It just keeps producing another block every 10 minutes, TikTok. That's why I believe this moment is far bigger than just one bill. Whether the Clarity Act passes exactly as written or gets amended over time isn't really the biggest story. The biggest story is that the conversation has fundamentally changed. Five years ago, much of the debate centered on whether Bitcoin should be stopped. Today, the debate is how America should compete in a Bitcoin world. That's an extraordinary shift. The market will focus on today's headlines. Bitcoiners should focus on the direction of history. Governments don't build legal frameworks around things they think are dying. They build legal frameworks around things they know are winning. And if the United States has reached that conclusion, you have to ask yourself a simple question. How many other countries are about to reach the same exact conclusion? Now let's connect all the dots. Because once you see the bigger picture, you cannot unsee it. Let's start with breaking news. Trump just said the United States is leading China, and all other countries buy a lot in Bitcoin and crypto. Here's a brand new clip.
**Donald Trump** (3:47)
We have the hottest country right now anywhere in the world. We live by the motto America First. That's what's made us very strong, and we're leading China and all other countries by a lot in AI and just about every other category, including crypto. We want to stay in front in crypto. They'd love to take that over. So many other things they'd like to take over. They're highly competitive if you haven't noticed.

Trump reminding us about the Bitcoin game theory. If we don't adopt Bitcoin, push forward this Clarity Act and move forward with our strategic Bitcoin reserve stockpile at least 1 million Bitcoin over the next 20 years, China will. They're very competitive. And I agree. I think game theory is going to drive the Bitcoin to astronomical levels we have never seen as far as price action and market cap. The network is relatively young still. In the sense it is a nascent market, 1.3 trillion. When we're going to be tapping into hundreds of trillions of dollars over the years to come, I cannot wait. Also big update from Senator Lummis. She just went absolutely nuclear on the Democrats with the Bitcoin Clarity Act during a Fox Business interview. Take a listen.
